This house is gorgeous. I love everything inside and out. I am definitely planning on moving to Florida soon. Hopefully I can find a home like this with a swimming pool. This is definitely a great choice for me.

I ALWAYS get better incentives for clients than if you were to go by yourself. Reason why is they know I represent many other clients so I bring them many more sales vs a single customer walking in which is just one sale. So when I ask for more incentives, they deliver. It's to the point where they automatically start offering me additional incentives right off the getgo because they know I'm going to ask 🤷🏾♂️
Besides that tho, you def need someone else that is a professional to represent you and be on your side because these builders will try and take advantage of you! They even make you sign documents stating that they don't represent you so they aren't liable for any anything they said. It's corporations you're dealing with and sometimes it's best to just use representation to avoid headaches. Just my thoughts. You definitely don't need representation tho if you're familiar with the process of real estate transactions and financing and construction process etc. If not tho, I'd highly recommend you do. I’m sorry, but what is with these builders putting the bedrooms in the front of the house. This is NOT SAFE if you have children... plus it’s just weird to not have the living room in the FRONT of the house.....
All great points!! I think nowadays, at least based on my experience here in central florida, they put the living room towards the back because alot more people want to have nice flow between the back patio and living room and kitchen so makes its perfect for entertaining. And alot of these new neighborhoods are safe so not much to worry about imo.
