I’m with ya Mary, frequent visitor to hospital/er in last few months. Home now, albeit not in best of health. Your show/video lessens the pain. Thank you and all the guys. God bless. Richard Bullard Taylors SC Ps:3” rain yesterday praise the Lord.
Mark, please show us the work on uncle Edmonds place! Seeing forestry management, and how you lads practice it would really interest me! If people want to complain, well, just tell them there's an off button, because we don't need their negativity in our lives!
Keep going to Uncle Edmond's property. I love seeing Pennsylvania back woods! The world revolves around you and your friends. You all have put a lot of time and money into this operation. God bless you all.
Mark film and show whatever you want to it is yours and Eddie's channel. If you want to film sawing or out at the property or whatever you want to post for content. The content you post is great. Keep showing your videos. If people don't like what you post, they don't have to watch it. Would love to see longer videos. Your videos are very informative.
PLEASE Mark, do fall for the political correctness and hurting peoples feelings. Showing the entire process would be educational and show what details come with a piece of wood someone would buy from the store. If someone gets their feeling hurt from watching a tree cut down, then make sure to show one being planted if that makes them feel warm and fuzzy. Plus they probably believe electric cars don't use electricity from coal plants and other energy creating plants to recharge their cars. You guys are awesome and I have become addicted to watching you guys work on these logs.
if if weren't for harvested wood we would all be living in caves and warming ourselves with fires of cow dung. My property has lots of trees. I only use the stuff that died of old age or a storm. Might as well use it before it rots.
Love red elm really great grain patterns! Great to have you guys back and ready to rumble! Looking forward to seeing the plot of land and all the logs!
My bucket of bolts was a 1942 Navy Dodge Power Wagon field ambulance. I loved that truck (3,000 original miles in 1967). It was gone when I came back from a combat tour in Vietnam. It magically disappered and no one knew where it went. SAD Loved the music.
Hi guys. Thanks for the recognition on the MY3COPS. When the 3 boys were in police service it was exciting at times to say the least. Mom is pretty happy they are all doing something else now. Thanks again guys.
Hi Mark it’s good to see you are doing well after your eye op I always enjoy your Friday eve along with the Monday video all my best wishes to you, Eddie and ZZ Mark
Hi Mark, I am glad your surgery went well. When I had mine done 4 years ago…the worst part was all the eye drops I had to use post surgery. The actual surgery was a piece of cake…lol. Please take us along on the land clearing project. I think it would be interesting! Thanks for another great video! Take care…
Great video Mark. Yes, I'd love to see some of the Uncle Eddie site clearance footage, particularly if you get some useful timber for the Edmiston. Great music today too! All the best from North Wales!
Just had mine done 2 months ago. What a difference....I could not see traffic signs on the highways that told you the exit. So I chose distance for my lens. All the difference in thew wolrld. The only drag was the drops three times a day... Cheers and Blessings.
So very Gald your good again, great to seevand hear, got my Birth day coming up on the 25 th Sept a young 68 ,man where did that time go , please show us a much as you can of Uncle Eddies cutting down the tress ,love to see that very much thanks :)
Those beautiful logs that were in the firewood pile surely made you all done $$$$$ 6x6x18 that's some nice change that could be used around the saw mill Everything that you all produce on that ole mill brings in money besides nothing is wasted everything is usable
Thank made a neat piece. He's really good. You guys have a heck of a pile of lumber. You must have been working hard already. 6"x6"x 18"..... You can do giant Jenga with that. Grandpa still hanging in there and enjoying your videos.
Glad your eye is doing fine, I remember my dad cutting dead red elm for fire wood, they were standing dead with no bark and was as hard as locust. Made good firewood
That first log reminded me of Kentucky coffee tree. Have you ever sawn any? Film your forestry video, there is always on OFF button if anyone has a bird!
Mark , good to see you recovered and well, a little criticism if I can, you talk about these logs as just fire wood, not worth anything, from somebody who knows nothing of your trade I’m amazed how you turn just firewood into a useful item , the 6x6 has a important part to play as does the boards you collected on the way. I’m not a greenie but these demonstrations of you turning a pigs ear into a silk purse are very satisfying to watch. Keep it up my Friend
I get excited whenever you post a new video. Glad to see you Mark, T.H.E. Eddie Horvath and can't leave ZZ Mark out!! It's great to see the channel growing and the support of everyone for you.
Guy- that's pretty much the route ophthomologists take, since there's no "repairing" your lens once it develops cataracts (as far as I know) ... I had a similar scenario to yours, with my right essentially useless and the left quickly degrading since Oct '23 ... using replacement lenses, I had the left done in April and the right in May and the results were spectacular: sharp, vivid vision as soon as the massive bandage was removed
Hi Mark & Eddies & ZZ Mark & Hank & it's is Randy and i like yours video is Cool & Thanks Mark & Eddies & ZZ Mark & Hank & Friends Randy & Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom Boom
Glad you made it back. I know this may sound crazy. But a synchronized video with you and T.H.E. Eddie showing the complete journey of the logs from the log deck to stickering from both perspectives.
Yes. Show the development of the property. More variety, I like the sawmill videos. However, watching the carriage go back and forth can be monotonous. Switching your loaders, building your pole shelter, all the sawmill setup. Nice watching the process
If red elm is anything like the elm we have in Illinois it will not make good lumber. Elm here warps like crazy. Would probably be ok for cribbing, but boards will curl up like a corn chip.
I'm enjoying the foray into Uncle Edmond's tree stand. I was especially surprised to see the road back into it, it looked like a vein of coal. You're going to be pulling some black logs on that road.
Enjoyed the video. Thanks for taking me along. Noticed you hauling out sawdust. I work at a lumber company in Shelby N.C. We send the sawdust straight into one of our dump trucks and sell to horse and turkey farms. All the time.Check them out Cleveland Lumber Company.
Another interesting video. I am amazed at the availability of wood you have for sale from leftover cuts. I am forced to go to Home Depot or Lowes. If I am lucky I can find a vendor elsewhere in the vaciinity of San Diego.
