We pulled out of Charlotte The snow is fallin' down We make our way in a one eagle sleigh 'Til we reach another town Our name is in lights on the billboard sign In every town we play But if you may, all it really need say Are gypsies, gypsies on parade We pull in to a diner Folks just stop and stare You here 'em say man It's a rock 'n' roll band By the look and the clothes they wear Then you telephone home 'Cause you're feelin' alone And try to think of somethin' to say Seems all you get Are tears of regret For being gypsies, gypsies on parade Gypsies on parade Vagabonds that got it made!
One thing for sure I can sure tell as soon as it comes on the radio who it is no mistake who Sawyer Brown is . I can spot that tune right off. That's how well I kn its them been a fan to long not too kn who they are. Another great song 🎵 👌 👏. Oh yes miles an miles under this old hat 👒 👌 👏 ❤ love those guys 🥰
Congratulations to Mark and the boys. 40 years and still killing the country. This is classic Sawyer Brown from the first note. Hats off and blessings for such incredible music. Thanks for all the years.
Everything you guys touch is solid GOLD in my book!! Absolutely love me some Sawyer Brown. Ive been with you from the first time y’all invaded my moms (God rest her soul) living room on Star ⭐️ Search. Ed didn’t get it but we do. NY, Fla., Missouri, Texas and even Arkansas; I’ve always been way up there in those ‘cheap seats’. No sense in spending extra for the seat, open to close I’m never in it anyway! May God continue to bless you all! Merry Christmas guys!
Loving this song because it's filled with 40 years of memories and I still love that ole hat! Thank you for all you've done to make me smile throughout the years!
I tell you what! This band, these guys are excellent now! As good as y'all were then...... Now is like not even at your peak. I just had my 69th birthday and I was in my 30's loving your live shows. ❤🔥🔥
love these guys! saw them first in Branson MO where they sang "The walk" three days before it released. My first concert ever! Then saw them in Independence MO in 2022 at Santa Caligon Days! Decades later still the same energy and great performance! Such great performers! Seeing them live is a real experience!
Glad to see they are still playing. I always loved Sawyer Brown. Sounding good. ❤️❤️❤️ You sound about the same. Maybe more up beats to it. Love it. ❤️❤️❤️
I can't wait for this Cd to come out to buy and I can Jame in my car every single day, I love this song you guys did a good job❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉😊😊❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Miles above and beyond anything in country music in 2023. Thank you to Sawyer Brown (and Exile) for bringing back MELODIC - and beautifully produced - country music. I hope both bands meet with great success.
@MarcosBryant-mr7jw Their persistence in doing music their way and not conforming to industry standards. I have seen them live many times and it's nothing short of spectacular
Sounds Like Like They Did. On '78 in our small town of Angels Camp, California. Out At the 🐸 Frog 🐸 Jump Outdoor arena. Listened on the Lawn. IT was a Great Day 😁. OH, And My Mom worked in the front Lil Booth. So Me and My Girlfriend got in For Free. YEAH!!! ❤😂🎉🎉😅
If i can remember correctly, i got "The Dirt Road" on cassette tape for my 9th birthday in the summer of 1992. Then not long after that i stopped listening to country music for a good 25 years but finally started listening to it again 5 years ago. I'm now 40 and just found out tonight that you guys have a new song out. What a great surprise! And i love that classic SB sound.
