One can get a sixpack and kick back on a recliner to watch all of Matt's videos, that's how enlightening and insightful they are. I've had my saxes fixed up in Manhattan and down in Miami, and the work is always shoddy. I've learned so much from your videos that Ive saved myself the usually unreasonable high cost of having self-proclaimed repairmen with "decades" of experience fix even minor things on my horns.

Dude yes! Amateur sax fiddler over here. I've been very slowly doing a full overhaul on a New Wonder S2 alto. Recently bought the post fitting pliers from musicmedic, unsure of how to use them. This has answered my questions! Excellent video as alwasy. Thanks for being such a great resource man!

I am using homemade peening pliers and following your instructional training and advice. This has become a standard practice in all my overhauls and even many of the everyday play conditions! I have definitely noticed substantial improvements in my key fitting and overall finished product. Thank you again for being so generous with your expertise!
You can do a similar thing by twisting a drill between your fingers in a BACKWARDS/REVERSE direction. It leaves a “burr” inside the hole without squishing the post.
