Hey Matt 😉 Daaaaaaamn!! What a transformation!! Was it his decision to cut his hair? Regardless you GIFTED him really nice. Should be easy to maintain. He’s going to wake up for awhile forgetting he has no ponytaeil 😆.
Adorable kid! As someone with curly hair, this isn't a good cut for his hair type. Curly hair should never be cut wet. It looks ok while wet but looks very dry and unkempt as it dries. Personally, it would have been better with just the shears and kept it a little bit long on top to show off his amazing curls. Sorry, not a fan of this cut.
@@MattGiftedhands glad to hear it. At the end of the day, that is all that matters. So long as he was happy with it. No disrespect to you, I hope you know that. As a curly haired individual, I know the struggles of having curly hair and how a cut can make a huge difference in how it behaves.
As a hair stylist, I personally would always prefer to cut curly hair wet because if it is dry , as you comb it just gets frizzy and impossible to see where the curly naturally sits. It's best to then apply products to keep the curly from looking dry.
