My experience was that eating oatmeal every morning gave me arthritis that made it hard for me to walk for months. When i stopped eating oatmeal i regained my strength and was able to walk without pain.

Natural cures only ACV baking soda 3 learn alkaline and acidic foods 4 learn about histamine intolerance foods 5 learn spleen exercises 6 learn stomach massage 7 get off the meds that stop acid 8 learn about the acid you need in your stomach and why you need it 9 no gmo food 10 no bio engineered ingredients 11 research what foods are sprayed with pesticides and Glophsate ex( oatmeal n cereals ) Stop drinking milk 12 shredded cheese has nyomycin in it look it up 13 do a food list of what you eat research every ingredient in it elimate if unhealthy replace with better option. 14 do not keep eating same food expecting to get better 15 listen to your body it will tell you when it feels sick 16 know that every body is different and you should only be listening to your own body 17 be patient be calm 18 do yoga for digestion 19 do chi gong for digestion 20 eat all the jello n whip cream you want 21 learn about sugar asoertame sucrolose etc 22 know that everything you put in your body has an effect on you . 23 know that this will take about three months to fix 24 know that this is what I did every step and I’ve had no reflux since 2019 25 good news I now can eat rigatonis coffee pizza bc I healed and I can go back n eat what I like but not unhealthy all the time and I never eat the gmo can box food I hope that helped someone Ps after doing this I realized I was histamine intolerant as I added food back I saw how it affects me n deleted it from my diet . Also get a probiotic acidollphilus for gut bacteria activia and rinse your mouth n gargle with some baking soda to keep acid off your teeth n out of your throat . I disagree with banana and there is a number on bananas look up the number bc it will say organic gmo (fake ) or whatever the number stands for . Educate yourself on fake food it may look like a grown fruit or vegetable but may be GmO. Genetically modified fake food Learn what that is . Also these pesticides on food or in food like oatmeal . Do you not think a bowl of hot pesticide is not gonna make you sick ? Fast !! Yes you will suffer bland. Chicken plain a potato maybe peas if you can eat that and it does t bother you than eat it every night until the stomach heals . I forgot to say no alcohol no soda no juice just water or apple juice I drink hot water plain with drip of apple cider vinegar and honey . Put the acid in your stomach , the right kind of acid . And stop taking the meds that stop the acid . We need acid . Acid keeps the sphincter closed so the stomach acid doesn’t come up in our throat called acid reflux . My dr told me if I stopped meds I’d be ten times worse not true! I weened off and was off in 3 days and with a changed diet of elimination and bland food at first and fasting I healed . It is a 24 hr struggle . You must listen to your body one food at s time and right down if you got sick from it if you did stop delete it from your diet . Start doing breathing pranayama RU-vid it and stomach massage and spleen exercises for acid reflux ! I hate to see people suffering this way bc I was there and so glad I’m not anymore . Oatmeal has two pesticides in it look it up !!! Cheerios has it too !!! It’s on the internet research your food . If you eat it google it !

Having acid reflux or GERD does not mean you have excess stomach acid. It means you DO NOT have enough stomach acid because the valve separating the stomach and esophagus does not close; hence, reflux. The open valve lets acid pass up to the esophagus. Relieving throat or esophageal pain is a separate issue. Don't get it confused with having too much acid in the stomach. You don't have enough. Taking antacids will lower your stomach acid and make it alkaline.... and that's not a good thing. The above is for relief of the esophagus.
@@BasicB-ir8smno, this is incorrect. Low stomach acid is muuuuuuuch more common than high stomach acid and acid reflux is almost always caused by a shortage of stomach acid.
Finally, some suggestions. I have horrible reflux and have had it since I was a kid. It stinks! I even talked to my GI doc about the reflux surgery. He discouraged me from it. Said it wasn’t fool proof. 🤷♀️
It is based on wrong understanding...puposely. Acidity is hypoacidity and not too much acid, but less acid. Drink about 30 ml Organic raw apple cider vinegar in a glass of water, 10 - 20 minutes before meals. Don't drink water after meals.

Acid reflux is NOT due to excessive stomach acid. On the contrary, it is the opposite. Low stomach acids are the main cause of acid reflux, leading to indigestion. Apple cider vinegar is ideal.
@@Coal10P lemon juice does help in digestion but ACV is the closest to natural stomach acid and also has more benefits in this particular case. Lemon water is definitely a good detoxifier and also does a lot of good for the liver.

People still pushing low stomach acid when it’s the exact opposite in my experience and many others I’ve given my playbook to. The only thing that cured my symptoms was to increase stomach acid.
I took hci supplement with certain meals. (high protein, raw veggies) over the corse of about 6 weeks I was able to ween down and then stop using the supplement. I also stopped using caffeine.
The root causes of acid reflux are potassium deficiency or vitamin D deficiency or stress. Also it can be caused by to little acid in the stomach so HCL capsules are needed or some drink an apple cider tonic. and even though that sounds weird it’s true. You need acid for the sphincter to close properly if there isn’t enough acid the sphincter stays ajar causing acid to flow up into the esophagus that’s what you feel. So it’s not that you have to much acid in the stomach you have acid in the wrong place. Very rarely it’s actually to much acid in the stomach. Look up videos on RU-vid to do at home tests to see if you have to little stomach acid Dr Berg has great videos on GERD.

Has it gotten any better. I was taking a lot of medication for my wisdom teeth surgery and now my stomach can’t handle how much acid it was producing from it? All I feel if pain inside and the acid reflux in my esophagus
Your liver or gallbladder could be clogged, it takes slow change of detox diet to fix & you may have herxheimer effect (side effects until clog is opened) like a clogged drain, until you’re better. Or you may have to search on YT how to close your flap in stomach with certain exercises & breathing. In mean time use natural remedies like these foods and apples!
I ate 3 watermellons in 1 week and I felt great. After I made this mistake of eating icecream and I've been suffering for 2 days now. So, whatever sweets I'm trying I end up with stomach ache, burping, farting. Keto also worked for me. But what works the best for me is walking after every meal (which I should do it more often).

If you still have pain I would suggest fasting to allow your esophagus to heal. Eat whole foods, probiotics and cut out anything processed or loaded with sugar. Hope this helps!
Honestly, any tea or hot water with ginger. More food is only going to make it worse imo. It always did for me anyway. I was unable to eat anything when I used to have bad heartburn. I would end up vomiting.
Honestly it kind of just went away on it's own. I stopped eating late at night, and overeating. Also back then I would tend to eat more sweets and chips and such at night as a snack. So I guess did make some changes but not really....just the eating or overeating at night seemed to help a lot.
Here's the 5 foods that actually helps: 1- fennel seeds 2-cardamom 3-mint 4-chweing gum 5- mishri(don't know what its called in English) Additionally green tea can help if taken daily
Idk man but the banana and ginger makes it alot worse. Sometimes it even initiates it if i have them in an empty stomach.I find banana's very painful to eat in an empty stomach.

Yes I remember one day I am craving for an ice cream then I buy it it look like radish n I have to walk in a crowdy place while licking is horrible I avoid eye contact as possible as I can.i regret buying that ice cream that day 😂😂
not really , 1 week maximum if I eat meat and cooked veggies, cheese and exercise + walking + not staying too much down in front of the computer + not staying on my phone in a bad position in my bed + not eating and sleeping after + not eating sweets at all
