Most of us grew up with Maya, and we are very sad about the unfortunate passing, but I can tell that Felix and Marzia themselves including Edgar would've felt way more pain than just us fans. Rest in Peace Maya!

I started to tear up when Felix got emotional about the stories and the sacrifices they've done to keep Maya healthy, shows how much Maya ment for them, and for us the fanbase, I remember watching the videos where she would appear, as well as listening to the "Jabba the Hut" song non-stop, I understand how hard it is to lose someone that is a family member that you loved and care the most, She'll always be remembered the way she was, R.I.P. When I first heard the news of Maya passing away, it didn't hit me that hard. But when Felix started talking about how much he loved her, I broke into tears. You and Marzia took such great care of her and showed her so much love, she couldn'y have gotten a better family

This to me is like we've been watching a long running anime where we see the main character go through their ups and downs, and their different story arcs. And now we've come near the end where he finally has everything hes been working towards, and is happy and at peace. I know the feeling of losing a dog that you’re really close to. I had a golden retriever that I grew up with till I was 13 when I had to put her down, towards the end it got really hard to see her get weak and unable to do certain things like run around and eventually even walk. Just know we’re here for you bro. She’s at peace, feeling no pain in a better place.

I came here because I just got a call from my mom. One of our dogs (we have 2 Shih Tzus) was just euthanized. He got sick yesterday evening, so they took it to the vet, turns out he had a big tumor near his liver, pressing against his vital organs. So we could wait a couple more weeks or ease the pain. They chose the 2nd option. I feel sad, angry, and guilty because I believe we could have done something earlier if we knew. But I find comfort in telling myself his pain didn't last long. His name was Jetro, born August 15 2014, died at 9. He was a stubborn little fellow, always ready to remind the other dogs he was strong tho he was short, but he was also a ball of love. He was my first dog and losing him hits very very hard. His little brother (not of blood but friendship), Newton, will have a weird time being suddenly alone, he apparently already is seeking for him in the house. I knew the day would come we would have to say goodbye, I just didn't expect it to be so soon. Stay safe you all, and remember, these pets are a part of our lifes, but to them, we are their WHOLE life. Cherish them.

Felix, you did do enough for her. All the love and care in the world can't stop death. All that grief you feel is just love that has nowhere to go anymore. Loving Maya as hard as you could is all she needed to be happy, even as she passed. Maya passing isn't because you didn't do enough for her. She passed because it's her time, and you gave her an amazing life with you and Marzia. You did nothing but love that dog as she deserved If it helps, I reccomend getting a shadow box and placing a few of Mayas favorite items inside. We did that when my dog passed, and it's nice to see his collar and favorite toys. I miss him a lot and it still hurts but thinking of all of our memories together makes it enough to know that he loved us, probably even more than we loved him

Maya outlived the expected lifespan by 2-4 years which is amazing and just shows much well taken care of she have been her whole life. She's missed by everyone and she's been part of the channel since the beginning. ♥️
