Definitely feel like I needed to watch todays video, bc of the real motivation you gave. This evening I had made the decision to focus on myself and well being I wanna be healthy again! I deleted my social media hoping it’d help me stay off my phone and continue to scroll and wish for this and that. But to actually do it! But I kept RU-vid bc their is positive, motivational content out their. This was the first video I clicked on because of the caption it made me curious.
