Had that Same Commercial here in L.A. in 83 for WCBS 880's Sister Station KNX 10.70 (Now 97.1), Regarding the Roper Report, i even have a Photo of the Bus Ad for KNX 10.70.

We don't know for fact will audacy keep KYW and or WPHT and their formats. We don't know that. If anyone has info on that, please let everyone know.

Right, but they were rivals when these ads were made. Westinghouse Broadcasting (former owner of WINS) merged with CBS (then-owner of WCBS) in 1995. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westinghouse_Broadcasting (See “merger with CBS” heading)
