Dang! This is effing impressive! This product will be worth every penny! If Asobo/Microsoft are smart they should send you a truckload of money and buy this so it’s the default ATC in the simulator! Well done Brian!

Today I flew from Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic to San Juan Puerto Rico using VFR flight following and along the way spoke with 2 ATC folks with Spanish accents. That was impressive!!!.

Big shame you decided to go with a subscription. As an occasional flight simmer I simply can't justify the monthly price. Good luck with the development though, this is really cool stuff.

🤣 it'd definitely annoy real life controllers! The goal is to get this outta the way for new pilots so our awesome real life controllers won't have to deal with near as many new folks

That is VERY impressive! As I'm in the UK, I'm just waiting on (i) I fancy some US flying again, or (ii) coverage of Sayintentions is extended.

Ok, I have to admit; that was impressive! I have mainly just been keeping an eye on this project this far, as it's US only and I usually fly EU. But I might have to give this a go. Nice!

We've got partial support in Europe now. You can communicate with ATC in 9 different languages, and we have all airspaces, airports, runways and frequencies loaded. Now it's just a matter of getting taxiways loaded, and getting solid support for all of the EU-specific VFR stuff. IFR is also nearly complete.

Very good. You guys have really been paying attention to the Beyond ATC launch. I must say this is super impressive. I can’t buy both, that’s for sur - but you’re making your case. Might need a bit more European coverage.

I tried the demo and it was awesome, really powerful and makes the sim a hell of a lot more realistic. The only thing stopping me buy it is the coverage. I very rarely fly in the US, the moment this covers the UK I'm all in.

@@InFlightsim22 All the 5 letter VRP'S, and many user submitted vrp's from our UK pilots! The biggest thing missing right now is airspace boundary data. We know where they are and you can talk to the various towers and controllers. Getting an ingestible type of data to know what they encompass though, and the exact boundaries of the airspaces is tricky.

They can definitely get annoyed at times. I was in a flight one time and she gave me runway xx. I asked for runway yy. She then denied it and said use runway xx. I persisted and asked for runway yy again. Hilariously she says “runway yy is closed. Use runway xx”. Said it in a manner that she was getting aggravated. I guess that was the end of that discussion, lol

I fly exclusively in VR and the Sayintentions VR panel is a real eyesore when flying at night. Any chance it can be a dark color at night?

Sure this is fine for fixed wing but, as a helicopter pilot how does this handle rotary wing clearances? Can it give direct to and from parking instructions? Can it give block altitude clearance for military operations? Will it give me a number to call when I bust airspace or some other pilot deviation? These are the things I asked the other guys, and never got an answer.

VFR is the only part that is officially supported. IFR is in active development now and will be fully supported very soon! Not a bad idea to update the site though

This sounds seriously impressive. Forgive me, though, but 30 USD *per month* is just mental. I pay less for my (gigabit) internet, TV and phone combined.

Don't worry - We share your concern. We aren't making much at all off this product, just enough to keep things in development. AI costs are extreme, and take a lot more processing power than all of your services combined. As those costs come down, and we get more efficient, we hope to bring the price down. @@SayIntentionsAIThis is partially why I am a subscriber because I want to see it mature so I am supporting that endeavor and hopefully enough people jump on board to bring the price down! Also, you can't resize the UI horizontally without all sorts of artifacts.

Totally "MENTAL" that's a whole $1 a day, or about 5 minutes work a day on Minimum Wage. AGREED -- Totally mental -- It should be priced way Higher !!!! to at least compensate the Developer, who put $1000's of his own money into it, to support it in beta, and like 15 Hours + a day, 24/7 /365 working on its development, all hours of the day and night through to like 4am in the morning. !! Try skipipng a couple of McD0nnalds HAPPY MEALS a month,,, if nothing else, you will be a lot healthier, and will learn more about ATC, that you will ever learn with a $18,000 Pilots Pilots PPL course,, or "Playing" about on Vatsim for hours . But if you feel you cannot afford it, than that's your Priorities.. but for what it is, and what it offers, its a GREAT DEAL: ... but maybe its not for you .. that's OK as well
