Previously, the Diplomat gave 5 of each resource per completed project level. The community quickly discovered that it yielded easy 1,200-1,400 no effort prosperity in the endgame, so it had to be nerfed 60%

If you like min-/maxing your Eon, you should do four replacements if you have five Eon left. Spend your final Eon point on a new resource, then buy new Eon. This gives you the opportunity to do four more replacements and one more new resource. Repeat until you can't buy more Eon or you're satisfied with the current placements. Meaning that each Eon extension you buy is 4 replacements and 1 new placement.

It's weird to hear you say you grew up in a sugar beet area. I grew up in Idaho, and lived in a town with a sugar beet factory. Going on a tour was a mandatory grade school event. Weird thing about a sugar beet factory is in the winter it puts out so much steam that the neighborhoods around it will have snow on the ground even if the rest of the town is dry. The steam freezes a few hundred feet in the air, and the wind will carry the artificial (?) snow to the near by areas. Anyway, most people don't even know they exist.

This is a little late, but for the record it looks like biotica that exist in the world have a green background, and the ones that don't have a grey background, so you don't need to look for that biotica in the world to see if it exists anywhere, you can just look at it's background in the biotica selector screen. Hope that helps in the future. Edit: Sorry if you knew this, sometimes it seems like you do but then I see you looking through the world for critters, my true guess is you know but you have a healthy distrust for video game UI.
