Forget about everything Whether it is local or widespread leak. Question should be Whether there was any WhatsApp leak before neet-UG exam say 10 hrs or any time before exam which could reach anywhere in the world.

It is not confined...that is we don't know who sent this question or solvers sent to any of their friends for less money they can earn... because everything done via whatsapp...how they believe those 100 students won't give others for money? Please anyone answer...when u can't prove its 100% confined...then it's automatically means widespread...what else they want?

According to Mr. Hegde, NMC mentioned in its curriculum that in the year 2024 only one decisive exam would have to be held. So, the Re-Neet of that 1563 candidates is breaching the statement. That's right. But if in this case the CJI would order a retest tomorrow it would be surely a breaching of that code of NMC too. Re-neet at this late wouldn't be a good solution. Better to identify every beneficiaries and remove them from participating might be a better option.
No it won't breach the statement of NMC , as if SC conducts new fresh exam , the neet or reneet held on 5th and 23th respectively won't be considered as they will be cancelled. But let's hope whatever judgement is passed it should be fair .

Honorable honest advocates should leave the job and just open a tea stall before the SC to memorize the Black Day of Indian judicial system. No place for good and honest lawers. Thanks God, you have given them such a great heart. How that senior lawers heart not failed after listening this judgement. No man in India can forget this injustice for ever. The CJI created a history in the legal system of India. Future law students should research on it.

Very happy, somebody making the point clear. Blame the process, find culprits & punish. Idea wise, NEET & NTA are good. Cleanup NTA, correct the process. It is clear that NTA is NOT responding properly. Starting from "who allocated Godhra center to students?", ask relevant questions and find culprits. NO Re-NEET, otherwise good students will face issues. Remove all students who malpractice and re-rank before counselling. I've faith in SC & CBI, they can do it. Jai Hind.

Indian constitution doesn't allow Independent thoughts so Judge alone can't take decisions. But what I don't know is "What are NMC laws doing ?" It clearly states every candidate must write exam on same day on same time and any malpractices must not be tolerated . But today every law only follows constitution, if it says kill all students then Iam sure these Idiots will kill students.

Can SC design a judgement to fix responsibility on specific official and announce punishment .... what is the use of a judgement that states that a 'murder' has happened but does not identify the 'murderer' and punish the criminal ...
How can you say 99.99% are innocent? As paper leak happened and proved at Supreme Court, anybody can be doubted of guilty. The number may be 90% or may be 60% who knows... But the confusion will always remain until re-exam. 😊

Its really unfair to say that maximum students were cheaters.Shame on such people who for their selfish reasons r calling other cheaters. If the argument given by Hooda is correct then CBSE, state boards all exams will b proved faulty because in all these exams answer sheets r dispatched after few hours
In this digital communication era, the Neet leakage could have been far and wide even if a thorough investigation wouldn't reveal. Hence, to offset unknown beneficiaries' advantage, the only way to hammer justice for all is to order re-test for all who appeared for Neet-2024 test. No piece-meal solution or ad-hoc measures.

Mr. Hegde was very judgmental and assumed that students can't crack scores. Its possible and his arguments were more political than logical or factual. Very pathetic arguments
If there won't be reneet ,of the 50000 free seats in govt medical colleges,30000 would be occupied by students paying lakhs of rupees to the corrupt groups. So 30000 out of 5o000 I.e 60%figure is a large scale corruption. The main point is billions of rupees have changed hands due to this corruption,and all big people have been benefited by the money. I feel pity for the good 30000 students who wouldn't get the seats due to this corruption as the usual cut off mark rose from 615 to 655 on account of the malpractice.
