The Supreme Court is set to hear another petition regarding the NEET UG 2024 controversy, focusing on grace marks, paper leaks, and now, exam centre manipulation. Students from Odisha, Karnataka, and Jharkhand allegedly paid to choose a specific centre in Gujarat, and a candidate reportedly paid ₹60 crores for the question paper in Uttar Pradesh. The SC previously heard a case on paper leaks and scheduled the next hearing for July 8. The NTA is required to clarify the situation, and no stay has been issued on the NEET 2024 counselling sessions.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आम लोगों को न्याय नहीं दिया है न्याय दिया है एनडीए को दिया है 1563 बच्चों को दिया है 24 लाख बच्चों को कोई भी न्याय नहीं दिया है लगता है न्यायपालिका कमजोर हो रही है जिस पर पूरे भारत पर विश्वास है

Conducting re neet to those 1563 candidates is not at all fair. Because, # the allegations regarding paper leak was true . #. Many students didn't get the genuine results. When students checked their omr sheets, they were getting good marks, but, when they checked the result, some of them were getting too low marks. How can these 1563 candidates decide the future of other students. This is not at all fair. According to the Constitution Article 14 - " The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India.” And according to Article 39A- Equal justice and free legal aid. The State shall secure that the operation of the legal system promotes justice, on a basis of equal opportunity. No one has the right to abide the fundamental rights. But, still NTA failed in doing justice to students. Only thing is ... Re-neet should be held to all the students through out India and even Abroad too. Justice should be fair to all.
