I enjoyed the interview after Game 2 of the players about the "Zerg rush". It really drives home that StarCraft II is a game that transcends language and culture. On that note, I also enjoyed how Astrea let his disruptors do the talking for him in Game 2.
Ugh, Astrea! Now that Neeb is stepping down from full time play you are our NA hope! Why did you go timid in Game 3? You know the Zerg early game creed: build as many drones as you can get away with and only pump units when you have to. If you had just saddled up with all those archons, immortals, and disruptors and attacked right away, you could have taken that series! Against Reynor! If you must defend at home, then build cannons or wall off. Force Reynor to waste banelings punching through buildings instead of taking out 81 drones. Or spam cannons with minerals while you continue to crank out archons with gas. Just hanging out in the middle of the map played right into Reynor's hands, allowing him to stall you out.
Hello, and today on beating top-10 players with stupid stuff we will be doing the "take too many Nexus's" challenge, followed by the "only disrupter" challenge.
