I'm Japanese. I used to drive one too. It's now a great car in Japan, and enthusiasts are buying it again. It's an open-top car that cost $80,000 when it was released, and Toyota uses good parts. The engine is a 4300cc DOHC, so it has plenty of horsepower and is still in good condition. If you repair the exterior, overhaul the engine, and reupholster the seats, you can drive it for another 20 years.
