I just bought a 61" Cheetah 2 with the 38HP EFI Kholer. Also bought a V Ride 2 52" with a 24hp Kawasaki. I have been running Exmarks for 12 years I am curious to see how these scags do.
@@stiehllandscaping9768 yes I didn't even know they offered the black out package until i went to pick mine up and it was one with the black out package. lol
This was the machine I was requesting from my boss but we went with the Stihl RZ-900 instead. But this Cheetah II is a damn fine machine. Best of luck with it. 👍
@@rw458Yes it is. And my boss changed his mind. We are getting the Cheetah II with a 72 inch deck. I am happy with it. Test drove it today and can’t wait until next week when we pick it up.
My co workers and I were goofing off one day, while taking a smoke break on the job site. We had just got some Cheetah 2s for the 1st time, a month or two ago. I say to Darryl, "hey man, gimme your best wheelie." "Say less" he says. Next thing I know he PUNCHES IT full throttle from a standstill, the fucking mower went to a 75, 80° vertical angle, he panics, and stops accelerating, (the fucking thing almost fell backwards on top of him). SLAM, the mower's front end hits the ground hard, it needed a little fixing up a few weeks later. 😂 These things are a fucking blast to use, only problem is we gotta keep fixing em from all the times our chuckle fuck coworkers wanna take em for a joyride.
I have a tiger cat and I’m getting ready to trade it in and get this exact cheeta.I saw you say there isn’t a suspension seat. How is the suspension? Does your back take all the bumps or is it like riding on a cloud?
It’s opposite from a suspension seat I’ve learned. It absorbs all the big bumps but you notice all the little things. If you need a better ride you can buy a turf tiger or tiger cat suspension seat and it bolts right on. I may do that eventually
@@stiehllandscaping9768 same here. The 31s never bog down, but like Tim Taylor always said “more power!” haha. I like the idea of EFI too, over carburetors.
I’m looking at buying a cheetah 2 61” with the 37 vanguard efi. It’s got 419 hours and they’re asking $8500. Probably 2-3 years old. That seem like a good price?
@@stiehllandscaping9768 The Kohler doesn't scare me, but it would be nice if they just did the treatment across the lineup and not limit it to one engine.
THE CHEETAH IS A GREAT INVESTMENT FOR SURE MORE TIME SAVED MORE YARDS AVAILABLE MORE MONEY THAT CAN BE MADE ALSO 1 YEAR LATER HOPE U GOT A ADVANCED SHOOT BY NOW LOL
Wider deck, more horsepower, faster ground speed , lighter, larger fuel capacity. This was a total upgrade from my tt. I do mostly residential. The tt was too heavy for me.
I’ve been looking at the C2, but have not tried. I gave the Deere 994r a whirl. That hydro was smooth as silk it seems. I’m a diy but man that was nice.
