lmao as someone who has aotc first day on this boss, and has fought him tons of tiimes on all difficulties except mythic, which my guild is striving toward getting to; for people trying to farm this mount on lfr, I pray they watch this video before the fight, especially those tanks (who are dps players that que as tanks for faster que) because this is a short fight, yes, but this fight is DENSE with mechanics as you can see. God help us all, anyone farming the mount, save your calm pills for the fights and good luck, this one is going to be literal nightmare, lmao, great video and content!
Don't know if you still read comments, but you should rethink your thumbnail outer ring color choice. The ring is yellow/orangie and red in the bottom. Red = already watched video, so I almost didn't click this video, and had to think if I had actually seen it. :)
So to make sure i'm doing this right as a tank, swap after every tank buster, clear debuff in p1, move away from raid with void blast, keep Sarkareth in the middle in p2 and 3, pick up adds and bring them to desolate blossoms, in p3, when it start move sarkareth to the opposite side of the room, don't get pushed off, move back into the middle, wait for dispell for knockback than make him face the platform, and go down into the void by getting 10 stacks of Oblivion, wait for Void blast to go off, go back up, and hide for Astral formation. Sorry guess that wasn't a dl I also wanted to ask how should i handle the adds? if I have void blast in p2, should I be tanking the adds, or should the I let the active tank do it? Also i noticed there is no desolate blossom in p3, so is there nothing to do about recind other than burn them faster than they can heal?
Oblivion will ramp up in damage, dont get hit by extra mechanics , If your healers are geared this isnt really a mechanic but at around 7 stacks you need to be going to the shadow realm to visit yugi's grandpa
Oblivion ticks for Shadow damage, correct so you don't want to float at high stacks for a really long time, and going to your 10 will send you down and reset those stacks, so it's kind of a balance pending on your role. The tank in phase 3 for example has to detonate the tank debuff in the void at the moment otherwise you'll likely wipe the raid (in heroic espeically)
