I've got over 100 hrs only duo runs. My buddy and me have only beaten Nightmare twice in the recent update. He's always been the carry since he mainly plays roguelikes but ever since I started watching your videos I've gotten a much better understanding of the game. Thanks to you, I started running some solos and beat nightmare by myself for the first time with snow queen. There isn't enough ravenswatch content out there, so I'm glad I found your channel. Awesome videos man! Am currently binging all the videos from the latest update. Please keep em coming, along with some Hades 2 videos!
Not problem! Always fun to be able to turn the tables on who the carry is- I would know with my own friend group lol. But yeah, I love this game, and I plan on doing videos for it for a while, as well as tier lists and character/general guides!
That's true, I'm not out here playing Fortnite or Minecraft or something else with a lot of eyes on it. Although it is hard to grow from the ground up in those areas, too, cuz so many people are making videos on them 🤷🏼♂️ they just have a higher ceiling, usually
Just bought this game after the latest update dropped. I had it on my steam wishlist since day one but i was waiting for the game to have a "decent" amount of content before getting it. So far i can say that these guys can deliveler the best action rogue like combat in any game. I played a tons their previous game "Curse of the dead gods" and the combat there was also 10 out of 10. So far i like the game a lot, but for me it needs still more content, i would say double the amount the of "relic/talents/blessing" and so on, and it also need more bosses.
I'm not sure about talents, but I think they do plan on adding a lot more relics. Probably with the 1.0 release. But yeah, having 2 or 3 potential bosses for each chapter would really help switch things up. They said for a map it takes them about a year to design and create, but idk how long it takes them to come up with bosses. I will say, the 3 that are in the game right now are some of my favorite roguelike bosses of all time. But we'll see what else comes in the future :)
@@SyphroPlays Yeah, I beat the game first try on Beowulf with 100+ armor. Also I have reseted 2 times a talent that permanently increases attack speed.
@@IRON-GROWL you should see the Sun Wukong video I did with my friends. I don't think I had a talent reset but for some reason, my attack speed was insane. I have a summarization of it on my clips channel, too
After today's video, you might not want my advice lol, but in general, what has made most of my runs succeed is just avoiding the enemies that aren't a part of the objectives. I'm bad at following this advice myself, but the more I follow it, the more likely I am to succeed. Practice also helps a lot, as you learn which abilities and items you like the most. But you are right in feeling that the difficulty jump is brutal, I completely agree with you on that.
So do you think without the dream shards this wouldn't have been possible? Trying to figure this out I'm not doing any damage as Pied Piper when I play with friends I do like 60k while they are near 200k.
Hm seems our Piper needs a bit of a buff then, compared to the other characters when you are playing with friends its like night and day Gepet, Mermaid, Beowulf can hit upwards of 400k and I"m stuck trying to barely scratch 300k in nightmare. I feel it needs a buff in aoe I get its supposed to be a single target but if thats why you have different perks to build off of give me a build of aoe so I can output damage with my friends.
Just built a dash build for wukong with max vajra and the sprint after the dash combo which is a lot of fun since I just ran around the map dealing 600-800 damage per enemy + half a stagger bar for some elites just by passing through them lmao
