I'm brand new to futures. Can you tell me the difference between trading NQ, and nas 100. I've been trading forex for a couple years unsuccessfully because I've been trying to trend trade it and it seems like it's more of a supply and demand market. It seems like the indexes are more of a market that's appropriate for trend following. Thoughts?

Trend up? Or down?, does not matter as much if you use DoM and orderflow, trade in the now and you can lose all those laggy indicators!

When you say ema is 45.. that the bottom number? Or you changed them all to 45 or just have one 45?

5 stocks are responsible for 80% of nasd gains ... meaning the nas is basically flat this year if u take out the nvda and msfts,, its hard to trade this much of a skewed market.
