In this video, I share my unfortunate experience with a relocation service provided by NoBroker. As someone who always supports startups and promotes their services, I never expected to face such an issue. From broken furniture to missing items, I was left frustrated and shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the movers and the lack of accountability from NoBroker.
After filing multiple complaints and reading similar stories on consumer forums, I realized many others have also been victims of this service. This video is not just about my experience, but a warning to anyone considering using this service. Whether it’s relocation, tenant services, or other offerings from NoBroker, proceed with caution.

Sahil Bhai mai totally relate kar sakta hu ki ye kitna frustrating experience raha hoga. No Broker wale kewal commission khane bethe hain, local movers ko package denge aur jo mover sabse kam price quote krega use assign kr denge. Ye sare movers Local hi hote hain. As an agency, Delhi NCR and Chennai ke 100-120 movers ke sath kam karke itna bol sakta hu ki isse jyada cheap aur ghatiya log shayad hi kisi industry me honge. Mene inhi ke muh se na jane kitni bar suna hai ki inhi ke group ke bando ne customer ke goods, Vehicles etc gayab kr diye aur aaj tak nhi mila, jiska mila wo use krne ki condition me nhi. Kitne movers mere samne apna business band krke gayab ho gye FIR hone pr aur fir kuch mahino ya years bad new name se open kr liya. NCR me hi kuch areas hain jese dwarka sectors, gurugram, chhawla etc jha kuch years pahle tk police aati rhti thi ku ki ye movers wale kand krte rhte the. Aur jyada kya kahu hamari 3-3.5 lacs ki service fee tak kha gye 25-30 movers usko write off krna pada. Uske bad se hamne kam karna hi chhor diya is industry ke liye. Bas kuch 2-3 h jo thode theek hain to unhi ka kar dete hain, meri moving bhi karani thi to known wale person ko hi bulaya jisse safety rhe warna itne movers clients hone pr bhi bhrosa nhi tha. Jaha tak ho sake kisi ke reference ke throw hi krana chahiye agr moving krani ho warna aaj kal to inke review etc bhi fake pade hain.

Thank You for sharing, i have had similar issues with no broker. I had selected one rental home and paid subscription for certain time and contacts. The selected home owner couldn’t vacate this place and even after complaining many times my subscription was termed as ‘exhausted’. I was asked to buy new plan. That was really horrible. They are Fraudsters and thank you for putting it out there!

I recently had a similar experience. It’s impossible to unpack everything right away and check for damages in just a day or two. As I gradually unwrapped my belongings, I discovered that many items were broken. Additionally, I had requested them to transport my scooter in the truck, but they insisted on riding it instead. A few days later, I found a traffic challan on my scooter because they didn’t bother to wear a helmet. I had also booked AC installation services along with the move, but after the shift, they told me they couldn’t install the AC. Instead, they deducted ₹500 from the bill and suggested I find someone else to do it. Throughout the entire process, they seemed to be in such a hurry that they didn’t take proper care of my things. And to top it all off, after all this trouble, they had the audacity to ask for extra money as a tip.

Usually the task id delegated to roadside chhapri people at very low rates. They have absolutely no training, atequettes and full uncivilized people. We can never outsmart them.

We live in a country where in order to do official government work, you need to bribe 5 people. I bought a TV and had to call 30 times to request to get a service. Employees try to bypass their companies while getting paid whether it's ola/ Uber or any startup. It's truly frustrating being a common man

Thank you. Very informative. I had requested them last month for transporting my household items to a different town. They quoted so much than a local transporter. They quoted 8500/- and the local guy quoted 5500/-. I went ahead with the local guy and moved in peacefully.

I took their painting service at home...totally mismanaged and without any accountability. 1st they completed the committed 5 days job in 13 days. Unfinished, bad, unprofessional....the painting guy used to take 2 hours break every day. After 3 months the paint gone bad and it took 2.5 years to get some small service from them.

Thank you, Sahil, for sharing your experience. Companies that claim quality but provide poor service should be boycotted. We support new ventures, but if they mistreat customers, what's the point? As a RU-vidr, you could consider a segment exposing and boycotting problematic startups. After watching your channel, I've decided to ' Not to use NoBroker services ever" and spread the word. If more people take action, it will push companies to improve and not take customers for granted.

Same thing is with me. Driver was the carpenter in my case. And scratches on my wardrobe. They commit 14 feet truck and gave small tempo. They told me to take extra things in my car. I had no option but to take everything left in my car. They commited they will come at 7 am. But came at 5 pm. And then told me no entry is there, so we can't move our vehicle. Jaise taise i requested my new society with has rule ki after 7 pm no shifting allowed. They came with the tempo at 11 pm. Their bubble wrap finished in between packing. They dont know how to install the dismantled wardrobe. I have called them many times. Mailed them many times but no sunwai. Thak har ke i left the communication. If you want i can share everything on mail too with you. Pics of wardrobe, my complaint emails etc

Consider yourself very lucky because you got your items in whatever condition they are. Most people don't get their item. You can't even claim insurance because they take the money for it, but don't actually take the policy

I had a similar experience in 2022. They broke the glass door separating the washroom from the dry area, damaged the microwave entirely, and scratched most of the furniture. They are useless. I filed a complaint as well, but how much can you fight against them? They paid me $10K as compensation, but $10K is neither sufficient to cover the repairs nor enough to address their arguments.

Local vendors are even worse.During the COVID time I was shifting.They told me to pay Double amount or they won't return. I told them to file the police complaint they are least bothered.So either local or company scams are happening everywhere. I have shifted more than 10 times in 5 different cities.They will steal your valuables anyhow.My last shift I came with their truck and didn't give them a chance to take the truck away from my eyes.

Yes they hire third party, and ye log responsibility nahi lete. Bolte hai ki local shifting mein ye ho jata hai. Outstation shifting mein they insured our belongings and charge extra for that

No BROKER tries to get local movers to do the project in the cheapest price, they do it because of competition from other movers, that's why they don't use propper packing material and have untrained labour, by the way I have experience of Digital marketing of packer and movers over 1.5year.

They are scamsters, I faced similar issue ,first they mentioned they will only charge 3k as relocation was within the society. Later they mentioned it won't be in that budget. I had idea of these issues with NB so I did not take service from them.

Same happened with me last year, they delayed the moving by one day as they denied to un-assemble the furniture or bed, they came without bubble wraps or jumbo bags, they even packed toilet cleaners with veggies left in fridge. Compliant several time but again and again they assigned the same shitty packer and mover. I provided the carpenter and packing material and helped with loading un-loading. What I did is told them to shift the items whatever way they want to , once I got the items I deducted 4000 from they final payment , they even threaten me for doing so but I said do whatever you want to do and thank me that I am still paying you something.

Same experience we had with Agarwal packers and movers . They damaged out cupboard, refrigerator and crockery. Also hold a truck for a day and looted 2200 extra instead of competition for damages 😢

Thank God i didn't choose No broker. When i was shifting my Wife's house from Kolkata to Gurugram No Broker was behind us with 55000 Quote. We chose a local vendor on 34000 Quote. Their offerings looks really professional but thanks for exposing them.

I booked a service with them too. My fridge and microwave had dents, mandir glass was broken and bed had a hole. They reimbursed about 8k but most of the damage was irreparable.

They promised a lot and delivered service with no proper packaging, vehicle which is not was promised, unskilled staff, with a lot of frustration. Also lot of things spoilt. Which after multiple persuasions and banging head on the wall got 1/3rd of the damage claims. Worst service 😡😡

Same happened with me ...we staying in Hyderabad recently we moved. Distance of old and new destination was 30 kms ..they came they packed the stuff in such a way where they got shortage of boxes. After they told us per box costing is 150 and if you directly deal with us it's around 110_120 after that we buy extra box almost 20 boxes when we reached our destination there they were asking more per head labour (which is around 1000) they were 4 people and we do not have any choice we gave ..and when I told him I will also go with you...he was giving me lecture...Madam apko bharosa nhi and all...at last we gave almost double money. They took out our AC ..after that they took 2000 for AC gas filling (note _that AC was v.new 3 months old )They are really scammers and worse...when we complaint them but didn't get any response. It means we gave extra labour , extra box money , AC gas filling ...it's almost 300 % of which we have decided to pay.

Usually these things are common during home shifting.... doesn't matter which service you opt. It's better we pack the important thing ourselves. Never trust them.

Almost similar case happened when I took painting service from "No Broker" never on time and things got broken even after complaint no action being taken so I decided not to take any kind of service from No Broker It's totally fraud they never stick with there commitment. They say they have trained staff but thier staff don't know how to talk with customer. Better to go offline service or company who gives good assurance and responsible not these fraudsters. I never write comment but this time I written.

I actually had booked them once. But then I did not like the way they were talking, so I just gave up the booking amount and gave the contract to Aggrawal Packers and Movers. Did not regret my decision.

Sabse best 4 mazdhoor lao saara samaan aapne nazar k samney pack karwa k pehchan k transport wale ki gaadi mai daal k le jao aur jo expensive fragile saman hai wo toh aapne nazar k samney he pack karo.

We experienced the same with nobroker back in 2020. It is really horrifying to see this is the way things work pan India and nothing changed in the past 4 years.
