Also was screwed by the realtor as well. Lied about inspections. Ive redone 3 rooms floors because of rott. I fell through it. 😂 tons more issues. Glad ur putting this video out there.

If i was buying a lot... first thing id check is where the electric pole is and where do i need to run it to and what that will cost. You guys had buildings and camper all over the place scattered way too far apart. I see you finally learned it is less expensive to have structure closer to road or utility pole. I think there is always two sides of a story. You didn't address the fact you mention you sold shootdang ranch back. In actuality you stopped paying the scammers/owner financed. Just say it if you are coming clean and telling what really happened. If everything was a true scam a person can sue to get your thousands back. Something is fishy on this whole scam story. Always get everything in writing....and emails....record phone calls...etc.

One reason if the property could have been on Facebook in October was the owner was trying to sell it, and since he couldn't sell it. It was foreclosed on in december

Amen on not trusting Realtors. A realtor sold a house i once lived in for the owners and they never listed how it needed all new wiring and heating/duct work, toilet vents new roof or the fact that the place flooded 3-5 times a year. I posted the sale on my social media and added the issues the Realtor didn't so at least it got out to some folks that didn't need the headaches but unfortunately, someone else bought the headaches. Hopefully they have the funds to renovate it and fix all the issues. It was definitely an eye opening situation about how things are hidden from buyers. This is crazy. I saw pictures of SDR on an add on Facebook. Fake address and say has electricgor $349,000. The should be ashamed. Breakfast is also in one of the pictures of the land😢

I don't pay attention to other channels that hate on people I won't subscribe to them and I don't read a lot of comments but when I do and I comment back to that person who is hating I tend to get pissy with them like I told you over and over you 2 just do you and don't care about what others say live your life and not what people expect you to live

When we purchased our current home. The home was still listed in zillow for 3yrs. Lol then they finally put it sold on the add. Which is insane how people can create fake ads. Scammers suck

I said a while back they were running a scam. If all that stuff still belongs to the oil company, then likely that property still belongs to the oil company. That said, I wonder if the oil company knows theres a scammer out there selling their property in this way, scamming folks out of money like that. And I wonder if those in the state capitol over such things are aware of it, if not, maybe they should be made aware of it. Just my thoughts.

I reloaded your video and the ad wasn’t there anymore.

Yes Jason I watched all of that then… it’s one of those things a buyer has to check and recheck, by going to the courthouse to get specs info. You saw the oil pumps so should have checked more. Some of ur fans texted that to you.. but you had already purchased the prop.. and that relator should have known n advised you. Then suddenly you n Danielle were building, got Jason out there too. Well, lessons learned! Now you are being more cautious, to make sure all your dominoes are in a row. Guess you could sue… Yes, Jason,so sorry but evidently you weren’t reading your texts from fans. So drop it…you get weren’t aware of what all is involved in purchasing land to build on. I’m waiting to see what laws will affect this new prop… Hoping you covered the bases.

Great video !!! Yes, definitely do your homework on buying a property. Sorry to hear that you got scammed with the power lines on shoot dang ranch. Also check mineral rights, just because you own it, doesn't mean a company can't come in and do logging, or mining, or pumping out oil in the future. Because there isn't anything you can do about it... haven't watched your videos in a while, but again great informational video...

Yes, one thing I realized about getting power to a property is that it is VERY expensive. You are talking tree clearing, and sometimes excavation, if the lines are in the ground. The power company 'may' run poles to the EDGE of your property, but even then, YOU are responsible for all tree clearing in the easement. Once over the barrel, excavators will often charge premium for such work. And, we havn't even got to how much it will cost to get the power all the way to your structures. Off grid is another option. But, with that comes limitations. Power lines often now carry fiber optic, so the desire to have power run, and use off grid only as backup, is always there. I get the struggle and people shouldn't judge until they are in the situation. You are running a full blown ranch and youtube channel. You need good power and good internet.
