Jason, There's PLENTY you can do. The actual law is, you don't have to prove you got it or didn't get it, THEY have to prove they DID send it. If they can't prove it, you can dispute it with the credit card company. You can ALWAYS get your money back if you do that.

Jev you can always report them to the "better business bureau" and they will get you your refund, theres always something you can do honestly.

Should just call the bank and tell them to refund you that you got scammed. Give it a few days and you'll get a call from this clothing store and then they'll reconsider working to help you. tell them you'll send your stuff back and just send the rock back

Sue the company. Honestly, straight up tell them that you will be suing them over this fuck up. Go to a lawyer, he/she will find like a dozen reasons that you can sue the company, and then bring them to court about it.

Bro it's not "Petty" to name the store that fucked you over, if anything that would help save others from potentially getting fucked.. It sounds like there is a huge flaw in their system where employees or whoever is packaging your items can just take whatever they want for themselves, and put on the invoice that everything is there, cause they know there is nothing you can do about it.
