You should add a seemingly real shortcut that misses one of the checkpoints.

You should make shortcut ception where you make a secret shortcut, but that shortcut has a secret shortcut, but that secret shortcut has an even secreter shortcut and so on

You should build a track with a lot of small-ish, not-very-hidden shortcuts, make the first one obvious and take it immediately so everybody knows what to look for and do... and then one really well hidden shortcut that requires you NOT take that first shortcut that finishes the track very quickly.

I don't think you realize how pumped you got me rooting for you to win. I was on the edge of my seat watching to see if you will make it!

What you should do to troll everyone is to make a semi-AFK shortcut. So basically, if you AFK you go on what seems like an AFK track, but after going through about half of the checkpoints you just die. However, if you adjust your direction at the very start you go on another AFK track (distinct enough that the first AFK track doesn't make it obvious how to direct yourself), and that one does lead you all the way to the finish with a fast time.

Should make a track where there's a bunch of valid routes to the finish, and you have to pick which way to go at each of several junctions, and the correct sequence is up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A. (Start is hidden behind an intangible block.)

I downloaded this game today. After doing a few adventure mode tracks I made my way to the level editor to try my hand at making my own levels. An hour in i gained a new level of respect for your ability to make fun and engaging levels.

I really need to finish my first map. it's been a year. I've seen so many of these vids, I've learned how Dapper thinks about Cheese.

I don't know why I enjoy watching these so much, as I've never played the game or have any interest in doing so...

Have an idea for next weeks track, what if you made a track that branched out into a whole bunch of rights and lefts and other directions over and over again, like a tree, and only a select sequence of turns takes you through all the checkpoints to the finish

Make a track where half the rocks on the map are non solid, and a single one is the shortcut. Just spend the whole game going into different ghost rocks randomly until the end

Hey, Dapper, you should do a track with either the cats, saws, or hammers. Or even all three. One of those is the key to the shortcut.

What if you do a cheese map where you start taking cheese routes from the beginning but the quickest path is actually the regular path plus one cheese at the end

Your videos convinced me to buy this game. They're great.

I do think you should have a shortchlut time at the beginning so the the audience and players can have a sense of anticipation and guidence
