I feel that some areas you share your thoughts before he going to finished, I Know that this is podcast, but little distracted when we are listening his talk , this is my personal opinion, thank you for wonderful podcast 💕

Vijo നന്നായി തന്നെയാണ് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിലാക്കി തരുന്നത്. But ,anger ൻ്റെ ഭാഗത്ത് ഉള്ള mistake എന്താണെന്ന് വെച്ചാൽ vijo ഒരു കാര്യത്തിനെ പറ്റി സംസാരിച്ച് ഫുൾ ആക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് അടുത്ത് ചോദ്യം പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. പല കാര്യങ്ങളും vijo ക്ക് ഫുൾ ആയി പറയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. Because , anger നന്നായി ഇടയിൽ കയറുന്നുണ്ട്, ഉത്തരത്തിൽ നിന്ന് വേഗം ഒരു ചോദ്യം ചോദിക്കുന്നു.

And I was a competitive bodybuilder and have enough experience in the fitness game and that's y I can ask relevant questions and interact with the guest in a 4 hr podcast.

I had to stop watching this video in the middle just because the host has been interrupting the guest VERY OFTEN and it's so irritating. Dear Host, let your guest speak, please!

@@subinsbtrades Friend, please showcase your experience and knowledge without interrupting the guest while they speak. No offense. Cutting someone off multiple times and not letting them finish is not the difference between a podcast and an interview. I'm sorry, but you seem to misunderstand the concept.
Luckily I have a personal trainer same like him level 4master trainer ,he is so good in training,nutrition and am spending a lot for my fitness and food but am happy
