Do we need to register as Real Estate lessor to be able to issue official receipt? or Acknowledgment Receipt will suffice? We intend to lease out our unit to Expats.

Sir question, kunwari straight lang ang layout ng kitchen tapos gusto mong gawing L-shaped. Pwede bang ilipat yung sink from wall side to the other side ng L-shape? Kumbaga ililiko yung plumbing. Allowed po ba yung ganun sa condo?
