I've only just started my journey in Pocus but I've gotten really into it the past few months and your channel is a very helpful adjunct. It really succeeds in its goal. I would love it if you also presented more pathological findings along with the basic anatomy
The portal vein is much larger than the portal vein. The hepatic artery is pulsatile and on spectral Doppler the portal vein will have a continuous venous waveform whereas the hepatic artery will have an arterial waveform.
