Techguns just feels like a logical addition, it has a somewhat similar "Simple" yet detailed designs, then there's the heat based weapons, and on top of that it adds a little bit to some form of world story, i.e. Military incursion coming into an "exclusion zone" to destroy anything alive to contain the threat
@@Glitchedpixel5if you want a more “vanilla” weapon set I recommend spartan weaponry but tech guns is pretty good if you want a more “fair” experience I personally prefer spartan weaponry
Yes best way to protect your world from parasites is using weapons of mass destruction like nukes or black holes. And if youre tired of getting oneshoted with 1024 hp and most enchanted op armor from scr and it melting in 30 seconds after getting a bit of acid on it than use FE powered armor with damage caps next time

The reason that SRP will not port on 1.19 is that in this version theres a lot of mobs and creators will need to create assimilated versions of all of them. So they just don't want to waste 123978123168123816419 days
@@Metroid-tc1byhell, even nukes aren't enough to kill the much higher tier things. The only thing that can actually kill them is the gluon gun, because it bypasses the adaptation system
honestly I think techguns (preferably with mobs disabled) and tinker's mods are mandatory if you want to fight parasites properly. that and robotic parts and rewired because that extra power from implants is nice and I'm pretty sure the ender jammer stops the enderman from teleporting.
@@Egor-kk8hb I wouldn't say that, phase 3 is survivable with mostly vanilla weapons and whatever equipment you can make from parasites but past stage 4 your chances of getting absolutely bodied skyrocket.
So first of all, when i eventually get a good enough PC to run these mods, I'm definitely downloading techguns (always wanted to) and SRP. And secondly, I haven't been upto date on this mod for a while; the hell's a simmerman?
@@Pecora0ra thanks, after watching some videos of people dealing with the Simmerman, the memes make more sense I'd ask for a nerf but you've made it clear our only saving grace (at least until the armor gets any functionality) is the config file.
Why dont you guys in the next update make the other crude parasites form when the living flesh fails to become a primitive parasite, so the living flesh absorves other parasites but only buglins and assimilated ones, and after absorving enough, they give themselfs a random potion boost, and this potion boost affects what crude parasite they become (like for example Strenght boost=Crux) if you dont wanna do that thats ok but it would be cool if u guys did that

The Heed does not spawn naturally in any phase. Only from Stage 2 Dispatchers they can appear from them merging a few Incomplete Forms in their storage. Stage 1 Dispatchers do not possess the ability to merge and stage 3 and 4 Dispatchers will instead merge Incomplete Forms into Crux.
