Plz Explain about internal and external rotation in detail. I dont know which way to turn my arm for a left scapula thats upward and right scapula thats downward. What would each of those be? Which is internal and which is external? The left is which and right is which internal or external. Im upset at you for not providing this info.
So what about the teres major it’s connected to the scapula as well. It is very hard to find information about the teres major online. This muscle when weak causes a big problem
So I have been having a shap pain in between my shoulders blades all on the right side it happens when I do any back Exercise and if I go to the Chiropractor. Any recommendations for me? The pain get to be a 10 witch is the worst and always stays at a 3 to for 4 I get numbing and tingling too
