great movie, but many act wrongly on it.The thing I hate the most when I hear little punks quoting it and thinking they are great and hot stuff, while they are actually just little punk vandals/the most pathetic kind of scum and nothing more.Such punks do not even have anything worth admiring or looking at. Not to mention they care nothing like real wise guys, let alone legendary movie wise guys.Even worse is that they do not seem to understand the lesson from it Great and amazing movie...just hate how shitty punks act about it.
EMPEROR is an international award winning Gangster movie that realistically shows Triad life and the human slave trade between Europe and Asia. It's a thrill ride full of ultra violent action, exotic Asian women and first class performances. This is independent cinema's answer to GoodFellas and Scarface. Watch the EMPEROR trailer in my you tube account's My Videos section!
Exactly! God for once just dont screw up something so great! This is in 90% of the cases, every boy and mans favorite movie. Lets keep it that way. If I ever see a upcoming Scarface 2 movie, Im gonna pull a Tony Montana on whoever stupid son a bitch that even came up with the idea! This is one movie you DONT FUCK WITH! I can let American Psycho go, but Scarface..? HELL NO!!! >(
Yes, the good old 80ies. GTA Vice City let me relive the 80ies a bit, Yes GTA 4 has better Graphics, but the Atmosphere in Vice City was always something special. The Same Like the whole 80ies. I would do RIGHT NOW if could get the Chance to live in the 80ies again...
It's called reading comprehension, look into it. READ what I said, slowly this time so you can absorb it. I said this movie (1980s scarface) is a remake of a movie (1930s scarface) which is about Al Capone's life. This is fact.
I thought the movie was a crazed lunatic with incesstual tendencies. Fueled by manic depressive episodes and extreme possession jealousy's. But the music was pretty cool.
this movie is a remake of a movie about al capone. capone's real life nickname was scarface. they just changed italians to cubans and alcohol to cocaine in the remake.
kinda sad pacino and deniro have a new movie coming out and i m not the least bit interested, these guys fell WAY off. this song and movie still pwn though thankfully.
@BunBRIP they could have started Scarface 2 with Tony waking from a dream still alive...then having Tony regaining control of himself and his empire...then eventually crossing paths with Sonny Crockett and Tubbs..and getting chased by them for 2 hours..come one who wouldnt have loved to see that sequel?
You know i wonderd for a while how you could bring a sequel to the film with toni supose to be dead and all and alpacino in his 60's i found an actor who looks very like alpacino who could play toni in the sequel. my second idea is to long to explane on hear!
hare un video con esta subtitulada, llevo horas buscando uno y no encuentro un video con la cancion subtitulada, asi que hare el mio propio :D quizas lo termine dentro de 2 o un dia.
I find it strange that people say this is from Vice City. It is actually from GTA III. Vice City is based off of Scarface, but GTA III had a radio station (Flashback FM) based off the songs from Scarface. Which had this song in it.
Fifa 13, last game of Division 1 playing for the league title opposing team just scored aganist you in the 85th minute scoreboard reads 2-1 youre loosing, this song comes on... Shit just got real
Indeed.. they would fuck up this movie so bad I can't even think about it. They'd probably try to make it hip-hop and have puff daddy be Scarface.. barf.
My favorite scene is actually when Tony confronts Frank and shoots his whole crew. It's like he walks into a room and dispenses punishment on all who betrayed him.
This song has been stuck in my head on and off for the past month and I didn't know the name of it, I couldn't find it anywhere. All I had was a clip stuck in my head of cartman from south park getting pumped up for something with this song playing in the background. I searched on youtube for southpark songs and couldn't find it... I gave up for a while searching. Just recently tho it pops back in my head and I realize it was from the 80s, so i google 80s inspirational songs, and i find it!!! :)
If i was a real gangster I wouldn't blow my brother's brains out no matter how angry I was. Even though mang wasn't his brother he was damn close. To me man, he didn't have to die.. not that way maybe in the shoot out with Tony by Tony's side. Maybe Tony could have won the fight that night and flew to sauso with the same sceme and kill sauso in the middle of the night. I'm sorry but the ending of scarface was one of the most depressing in my books. He loses everything but his mother.
A second should not be made, no one could equal Pacino, nothing would be as good, even if it was a follow on with TM's son, it would just be full of tits and pointless amounts of swearing. Scarface is one of those films best left alone, a cult classic, if it was made to day, it would be, how to put it "Bad Boys two-ed" try and be all ganstah, not gangster. Wouldnt work
look at that look at what that cable company been there for three days manny"u have been watching it for three days" i f--king thing has been there for 3 days what iam to do not look at it manny " ill check it out" tony " could be the diaz brothers" manny could be. tony blw that f---king truck back to columbia
He is.. but so was sauso and atleast Tony had a heart and refused to kil that family that showed emotional character development and that he had a heart.. Tony was rised rough and all he knew was violence.. but still had a concious... and his friend that wasl iek his brother just followed him with loyalty and he didn't deserve to die no matter what he did.
Maybe tony had to die, buy his buddy mang didn't have to die.. that guy was loyal ot the end and he shot his freaking best friend!! that loved the shit out of tony regardless of how careless he was. That for me made the movie scarface depressing and the ending shitty and fucking sausco got away with his big mouth!
lol a no =( but we still won =) thts wat matters man..after WW1 the germans had ti pay reporations or sumhin like tht but they only paid bwt half ov it i think...then they went bankrupt coz ov sumfin which a cani mind wat, then america brought them bak into power by giving them money..so wat u cud say is that WW2 happend becoz ov america??
There was never a movie like Scarface (this includes the original made in 1932) and there never will be one. Pacino is GOD....he is Tony Montana... Brilliant!! Superb!! Stunning!!! I have lost count how many time I have watched this. Maybe a 100 times. I have damaged 5 DVDs Still I can watch it again without blinking an eye. Anyways, who is the singer of this song, anyone???
Funniest Line on Scarface ... (M) I told them what you told me to tell them. Told them I was in sanitation. They didn't go for it. (T)Sanitation? (M)Yeah. (T)I told you to tell them you was in a sanitarium, not sanitation. (M)Sanitarium? (T)Yeah! (M)You didn't tell me that. (T)I told you to say you had TB and you was in a sanitarium. You was cured. LOL
when you are at work or in the streets and the man tries to push you down and asks "have you paid your dues" i will stand myself up dust my self down and stare that bastard in the eye and say "have i paid my dues? has Chance Poultry paid his dues, yes sir the cheques in the post"
Me and you are gonna get into big buisness suits.. have m-16's on our back's.. a big sack of money on our other snhoulder.. and were gonna rule this town.. were gonna rock this town with our shere presence to this song.. were the newk ilelrs in town because of this song.
we had the strongest navy in WW1 but the U-boats destroyed quite a number ov thm..we wudav mauled them if we had been preparing 4 10years too. plus germany had the best ship-the bismark which took about 8 year to build because it was tht big different harbours had to make sections
I just noticed the other day that South Park make two references to scarface in separate episodes. One is where they get rid of KFC's and rip off a scene from Scarface. Another was when they used this song in a montage idk for what though.
what u looking at ? u need people like me so you can point your f---king finger say there goes the bad guy what that make u good u now god u just know how to hide not me i tell the truth even when i lie . so say good bye to the bad guy
Good movie. You really felt very little sympathy for Tony Montana, being a selfish little prick. Most movies try to make characters like this a sort of heroes, while Tony was just plain wrong. The only thing you could respect was the ambition.
I've never seen Mr nice, but I'll watch it, sounds very interesting thanks! by the way if you have not seen cocaine cowboys then I definitely recommend it, and once you're done watching it, watch cocaine cowboys 2: hustling with the godmother.
IS it just me or is it slightly ironic to have the vidoe with the starting phrase "the world is yours and everything in it" and to then have to put "I own nothing" in the description!! Jus made me laugh :) good video mate
hahaha you're obviously american. Italian, believe it or not, is european! shocking I know! And there are so many different countries in europe that there are quite a few different accents within. imagine that!
That's because hes earned the right to do what ever the fuck movie He likes!!!! Hes coming out in a Disney movie in 2010!! an the world can't wait."That's how it is when the world is Youre's!!"
I don't know if it's because of how much nitrous oxide I inhaled while I was watching that but that really affectedly emotionally on a deep level. I honestly feel like you've changed my life.
