I've always liked Kaa, but Scarlett Johansson singing this made me love the creepy snake even more XD

This should have been in the movie, not just at the credits.

There's something about Scarlett Johansson's voice that really makes you feel like you're being hypnotized. With Kaa in the original cartoon, he just kind of doofy to me. And he did it well, but Johansson does a great job of making them intimidating.

omg I LOVE this version of Trust in Me.....Scarlett Jo did an amazing job, better than the original for sure! She has a beautiful voice. Love the vibe of this song, very 60s style. I would love to hear her sing other songs, I would buy her album if she had one.

I absolutely adore this song! The scene with Kaa and Mowgli was simply amazing, it was so well done. I got shivers and felt genuienly creeped out! Her voice is so hypnotic, and convincing. I wouldn't say sinister, but that feeling of something's not quite right. When this song started playing at the end I freaked out, her voice fits the character of Kaa PERFECTLY. This movie was stunning

Her voice wasn't auto-tuned, that was her real singing voice.

She is very talented with her voice. There are few people who can so subtly change the inflection in their voice the way she does.

So "I Wanna Be Like You" is apparently in the actual movie, but this and "Bare Necessities" only get brief references and then credits appearances? I think they should have put all three songs in this movie. It would be the only way King Louie's sudden singing would make any sense. Like, couldn't they just have the characters references to the songs segue into the actual song itself? I can see it perfectly with Kaa: "You wanna stay in the jungle? You can be with me if you like...I'll keep you close...let go of your fear now...and trussssst in me...(actually singing) trust in me...just in me..."

I always loved the idea of a female Kaa. It just fits, especially with this version. I mean, come on, this is the EXACT voice I imagine for a snake that uses seduction and lies to lure in her prey. It´s kind of like a siren song: the one singing has very bad intentions, but her voice is just so beautiful that you can´t resist. And the melody itself is just so haunting... loved it! :D

They couldn't have chosen anyone better to provide the voice for one of the most intricate Disney villains I've ever known, Scarlett Johansson is perfect for a female Kaa and her performance of Trust In Me will forever make me want to take a mysterious walk through the jungle anytime.
