Keeping voids carriers alive against infestors is not gold level skill my noob friend ;)

That's what team matches are like. Way more freedom to mass the strongest stuff you have. On the other hand if you don't they you probably get crushed by the opponent's high tech deathball.

Not very exciting to play though. Unless you are into staying back for 10 minutes and skip the early game units.

After watching at 0,25x speed, I'm pretty sure he shut down his own Mothership.

Cannon rush probably sucks in team games, since you basically have to assault a combined base of multiple players with a probe.

Likely because you play vs those that have no idea why they are built for. Hint, they aren't for general damage like carriers.

@@Leonhart_93 Ya, I wasn't play at A teir GM thats for sure. If the tempest are backed up by good anti carrier stuff then it wouldn't work. However if you can neutralize the infestors or whatever else they are using its pretty effective.

@@timmothyburke Tempests are for anti carrier, they do bonus anti capital ship damage like corruptors do. But you need to have enough to one hit or two tap a carrier and the best results come from using revelation for vision, since their range is much bigger than their vision. Snipe a carrier, kite back and repeat, so even if you want to chase you lose like 3 carriers even before you can actually engage. Also doesn't work if they get jumped without notice. Hence why they are pretty much for higher level use only, where you can actually keep track of the enemy army at all times.

@@Leonhart_93 They're a godsend again turtle terrans too, just build like 5 and revelate for free tanks or other high value units.

Because those are protoss highest tech more expensive units by far? What do you expect them to mass in ultra late game, colossi? 😂 Also this is a team game, it works extremely different from 1v1, here you usually need you strongest units for big engagements, instead of quick skirmishes.

@@Leonhart_93 Harstem was disappointed just like me by this skytoss. Your point of late game high price units makes no sense. I am talking about strategy, and rushing air toss is boring as hell. I suggest you look at 2v2 games for e.g. in nation wars tournaments, there are plenty of 2v2 games without skytoss, so it seems pro players not necessarily agree with your vision of late game units and 2v2 strats

@@johanjof5613 So you are talking about strategy and then you say it's boring as hell? Which one of them is it, because it's irrelevant how boring it is if it's a good strategy. And Harstem doesn't know a lot about team games, 1v1 strategies don't really work, it's much more lucrative to max on the strongest army you can have. And which army is that for protoss? Otherwise your mass stalkers will get pounded by the carrier/thor of the opponents. I don't make the balance, it was a deliberate choice that all the protoss best units were put in the stargate.
