I would imagine pros are really uncomfortable with the idea of depending on someone else other than themselves. Unless they were trained from the start in team games and have their specific teammates. The format doesn't work in a traditional tournament though since they need to talk with each other permanently.
@@Leonhart_93 if the money and tournaments were there it would happen. No other reason harstem and Lambo being on SR couldn’t regularly team or Any combo with scarlet and byun. They train for the competitions and crunch the build strats same way they do for singles. The question is just time and money. Maybe one day with Microsoft it may happen 🤷♂️
@@Mike-dm5ut I don't think team games were ever bigger than 1v1 in rts games. For the simple reason that in 1v1 games the stakes are higher and any mistake is more easily punished. Also clear to see how is better and who is worse.
Watching harstem shocked at how viable thors are in teams - they zone out all tos air and Zerg coupled with a teammate who covers the blind side that Terran mech can’t respond to quickly in singles makes them extremely challenging late game

Can you put some kind of 20 min outro on these videos? The last 5 minutes of this video were really hard to watch for me as I thought you were looking really good, but at the same time I knew it was unrealistic that you would get two wins in 5 minutes. So I knew you would loose although I couldn't quite imagine how. This almost killed me.
this tournament was so frustrating to watch why you keep going ground against turtling carrier players esp 2v2, i was pulling for you guys to go all the way so bad :(
There are no dirty plays in the pro world, everything goes. And so the trick in such a situation is to not fall for their false aggression since they surely don't have much in the early stages of the game.
turrets are too good. :-( i had trouble with terran also. Gtet forced into carrier tempest, then can't push on turrets. its Terran that feels OP lately (even tho i 'm not a part of the "that's OP" idiot crowd). LOVE THE REPLAY TY
2v2 is ass because of air toss every single game you know you will be up against air toss and it's either Phenix or void carriers it's so stupid especially 3v3 the only threat is air toss and the game isn't fun when you have to worry about turtle air toss
I don't think you're ever going to find a pro playing on anything but that level of graphics sadly. Only going to get pretty graphic options for casting only.
