I used to play in a band that did quite a bit of touring, lots of shows in the northeast and mid Atlantic especially, and we would always have time to kill in various cities where we would walk around and check stuff out. Baltimore is the one city I could never quite figure out and get to feeling comfortable. Obviously plenty of other big cities are sketchy but Baltimore just felt so weird, like we’d be in an area that felt completely fine and then we’d go a block or two over and it would suddenly be a whole different scene. It’s a cool city, I’m not even trashing it, but I could never get any kind of grip on that city

It’s so much worse in person. He doesn’t even film the street people. It’s rough. Walking around the city at night will keep your adrenaline pumping. I hate going in Baltimore but I don’t always have a choice because of employer reasons

As someone who works with street-entrenched people, if they are in any position to be able to maintain a phone it’s the first thing I recommend. Not just for calling/texting but the plethora of other things you need a phone for in modern life: navigating, banking, accessing government or medical services through apps to avoid long waits on the phone, finding opportunities.. To say nothing of “burner” phones, but a phone is an exceptionally useful thing for anyone to have ESPECIALLY if they’re in poverty.

We're under a zombie attack? I think Baltimore had ALWAYS been some kind of an attack . Glad Dan Bell's back, though. And welcome to the reality modern-day America is now. In 2028,that city will be under another chaos that cannot be stopped. Getting back to the video,I wonder how things have changed since it had been founded? Like Pine Bluff,AR. once had been, Baltimore isn't what it used to be anymore. Even their NFL football team isn't what it used to be. Life has certainly stopped being the same ever since COVID-19 had hit. Maybe *way* before that.

There’s a lot of drug trafficking in this area. Most all of the buildings are abandoned so no prying eyes to see the illegal activities. I’m lucky I didn’t get popped when I filmed the old Epstein’s department store on the corner. As soon as they caught wind of us going in and out of that building there were cars full of people threatening us so I was out. Not worth it.

We really don't have alot of places like this, some of the old hospitals sure but this just looks like a regular doctors office, there's no way they'd just be left like this 2bh. This is actually quite shocking to see and suggests alot of poverty in this state? Ive certainly never seen it this bad in neighbouring states.

I don't often venture into places as bad as this one, but I have a bunch of videos in the UK you might enjoy!
