Super excited to launch a new series Scary Chef Sherry Cooks 👩🏻‍🍳 !!! You guys know how I have struggled with cooking and how the pandemic changed that. :) Here’s to many more cooking videos!
Parsi Chai
Ingredients
2-3 tsp Tea
A handful of Cut Lemongrass & Mint
Water
Milk
Sugar
Akuri
Ingredients
2-3 eggs
1 Onion (fine chopped)
1 Tomatoes (fine chopped)
1-2 Green chillies
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp butter (optional)
1 tsp Ghee (optional)
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Haldi powder
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
1 tsp Parsi sambhar masala ( Add Hing, Garlic Paste & Red Chilli Powder If you don’t have this)
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnish
