This has happened to me way too often. Even now. I hear my mothers or uncles voice. My mom would be cooking and I’d hear her call me down. Only to find out she never called me. Sometimes she jokes around, but she genuinely gave me that stare that I was crazy. My uncle wasn’t home once, I was left alone. I heard his TV playing and him laughing. Didn’t even think about it. He got home, and I started tweakin. My mom has also had ghost encounters with my father at her work. She had heard heels down the hallway and the lights are automatic, so the lights turned on as well. 🤷🏻

my old house i used to live at was ab 200 years old and had been in my family since it was built, i used to see things in the corner of my eyes and hear my name being called, even when i was home alone. One night when i was around 7, it was late and i was sleeping. I woke up to a weird feeling all over my body looked to my left and realized i wasn’t on the bed, i was hovering above it. Screamed loud as possible and was thrown back down onto the bed and woke up my mom. at the time she believed i just had a bad dream, but when i asked her about it a couple months back she told me my dad moved me in my sleep. That isn’t at all what i remember.

I've known my roommate and her family for years since she's my best friend so we always talked about moving in together after highschool. Well eventually her grandparents sold her childhood home (what we had to believe to be haunted) to her cousin so that they could be a house next door to them so her dad could use the garage. She moved in first and immediately began experiencing activity from something but when I moved in it went from targeting her to going back and forth with us. At first it was just both of us (one particular night we were in the kitchen cooking and talking and something touched my leg. Her dog wasn't anywhere near me and my cat was in a completely different room. And then while we were eating our laundry door swung open when it was perfectly closed beforehand and there was no way it could've been a draft or something) and then it moved from the laundry room and the kitchen to the front porch where my room happens to be. Late at night if I'm awake I'll hear random knocking on my window that's right on the porch with no way of it being a tree or anything and it's literally right where my head is at my bed. At first the knocks started when I was napping and she wasn't home and it was on the front door and then it just moved to the window and late at night. It also likes to mimic our voices whenever one of us is asleep or not home. She's heard my voice call for her in my room when I'm at work and I've heard her voice call out in the middle of the night when she's dead asleep. We think either the ghost from her childhood home followed her here or that it's something else attached to this house since it's the oldest house on the street and no one has been known to stay for long so this might be the reason for that. It's wild man smh.

My mom said to never answer when I hear my name being randomly called when "no one did it" because it's either a spirit or death.

You think you could aim at the sun and fire? No. You couldn't because it would be way too bright. You would have to shoot in the general area. It's the same thing with a bright light in the dark. Try it once. Place a flashlight in a dark room and try to look at it. Then imagine if you had a gun and were trying to aim at it. You wouldn't be able to aim at the light. Police issued flashlights are generally brighter than normal ones too, making it even harder to aim at.

And in this case the robber or whatever is in the other room have time to prepare to the encounter with the police. 1.Footsteps can be heard 2.Your light source always tells your position. Your theory works in very wide spaces,but in CQB you are doomed since you dont know what weapon does the attacker have.

I think it’s fake. Real police announce themselves like 100 times. And it get the body cam footage from a department you would have to do a FOIR. We should have more backstory then a random department did something. With body cam footage we would even have the officers name on the footage for accountability reasons. That’s the point, to scare you. Negative emotions have a lot of energy to them- that’s how the human brain works, i.e. if you make a video and have 100 good comments, you’ll focus on the one negative one. So entities that feed off of your energy elicit fear. When those footsteps came sprinting at him, I don’t blame his actions, but nothing would’ve happened, it’s a scare tactic and he fell for it, therefore making it more powerful because he gave it more to “eat”. I do not know if this particular video is real or not but the rules still apply.

@@ljones2087 Outside of commercial applications that you see every day I've never saw anything like that. There's self and soft closing options for cabinets. Not much in the way of self opening though, that would probably be the most annoying thing ever. A piece of fishing string taped to the bottom of the door would probably do the trick if you're looking to make videos and trick people lol Another thing that will cause a door to open or close on its own is an out of plumb wall. That causes the door to lean in one direction or the other causing it to open or close on its own depending on the lean.

Not discrediting it, but I want to mention that it's normal to see officers extremely on edge, breathing heavily and fidgety in these situations. They are definitely very stressed and the possibility of rounding a corner and a guy is just sitting there with a gun is something that would have anyone on their toes.

No matter what you always sound crazy but to this day I have no rational explanation for the things that happened to me and my family. I tried lol but I cannot explain my closet door being pounded against from the inside or doors handles turning the opening or all my kitchen cabinets being opened up upon walking in. I couldn't say what it was I think people love to assume ghosts or demons but honestly we just don't know.

Edit: I actually didn't realize that with certain accessories (whether it's a tripod or an application) you can actually have your flashlight on with your camera. I particularly like that the narration tells the stories in a matter-of-fact way that doesn't draw conclusions of its own, and the lack of jumpscares and deceptive editing makes things more authentic and appropriately creepy. So, I really enjoyed this video, and I don't even personally believe in the supernatural whatsoever.

I found there’s likely to be genuine. The voice speaking just like the father, and the tapping towards the end are horrifying. It taps in threes and is definitely trying to make them feel scared. It follows a few patterns of hauntings that I think just can’t be explained like the chair moving on its own and the boy seeing the figure. No really knows why kids or animals can sense them better but who knows
