What makes this ad all the more creepy is the synthesized score reminiscent of the type that Goblin would do for Dario Argento's films, giving it the vibe of an 1970's Italian horror movie!

Something about that guy getting buried is really horrifying to me. Kind of reminds me of the slurry pit scene in the farm safety film Apaches.

The guy in the excavation got buried because there was nothing preventing a cave-in. OSHA requires shoring or shielding to keep the excavation safe.
