Well it was more you could have a laugh at stuff back then. Now the president would be a black actor and the bodyguard would be white, and he would be constantly telling the president how brave he was (without any humor or irony whatsoever)
@@jackhoff2189 oh people got offended all the time, held Protests, wrote angry letters and went on fox news. It's just we didn't care. Thanks to social media it all got amplified.
To this day I still laugh at how surprisingly good a duo of Leslie Nielson and Ja Rule of all people are. Shame that they only had two scenes together in this movie, it's an unexpectedly great combo I would've loved to see more of.
There was a reason the other guy stopped him from punching her. There was also a reason the headbutt wasn't so clear (they could replace the sound effect if needed). Everything in a movie have a reason. And kids are taboo in movies and videogames.
i'm just an ordinary guy from Hungary, Europe, i have nothing to do with native and post-native american culture, but this hey how are you is my favourite line from this scene :)
I love how only two people are attacking the crowd, yet in the background everyone is going crazy and running around in a massive commotion, as if it's a huge bar fight with everyone involved.
Pill Cosby he didn’t snitch it is known there was no cooperation, basically every time they got “it’s the songs” and it didn’t even say shit, there’s a good documentary on the beef out there. And anyways if Fif had wanted to, he would have nothing to snitch with, in order to snitch real well you have to sell out a homie or many homies, homies of your homies, point is, you must be a source that really does know all the shit that’s going around and be reliable, Fif wouldn’t have known most of the details of what was going on behind doors, only shit he heard on the street, which was, of course, not much anyways because he was at war with them, and only what had happened to him which wasn’t really the reason the feds pinned murder inc. Even in regards to the shooting no one from murder inc got legal shit for that.
@@jodisancho3807 The humorless are Gen X - mostly. With a few extremists from Gen Z thrown in for good (bad) measure. Don´t blame it on the millennials. Gen X is at it again...
@@Wilbtube you make no sense. How is gen x humorless? You know Shawn and marlon wayans are gen x right and they were the main writers for the first 2 scary movies. You know who else is gen x? Dave chappelle, mike Epps, Martin Lawrence, and many others.
@@southsidesaiyan8641 Exceptions prove the rule, as the saying goes. But I would argue that both Chapelle and Lawrence aren´t actually that funny. Mostly stale, and formulaeic, with heavy emphasis on using the word SHIT a lot. Bo Burnham is much, much funnier.
This is coming from an aboriginal from Canada. And when Leslie did that almost every native laughed their asses off because we love Naked Gun. Most ppl say this scene was insulting but to most of us it was hilarious, and that is because Leslie was fantastic!
I don't know why but the way Nielson delivers that "she's scrambling my brain" line at 1:10 is the funniest thing in a scene already packed with so many classic lines. RIP Leslie, the world could really use you right now.
When I first saw this movie I laughed so hard! "Good God the small ones have metal teeth!" "Get away from me you hideous creature!" Then making an exit by blowing a hole through Mother Theresa! OMG!!! Too funny!
I have the Japanese version of this movie and the dub is so hilarious in this scene! The guy with the voicebox has this really deep voice and Leslie Nielsen's dubbing actor (Takeshi Aono) sounds really funny.
Leslie Nielson... one of the few men that can make you laugh without even trying and keeping the stiffest face. R.I.P you were and are a great man and thank you for making this world a little more funny.
Leslie Nielson was the only actor that could gave all those comedies lines , with straight face. He and his perfect partner , George Burns were simply irreplaceable. Rip Nielson and George .
I’m Native American and I fell on the ground laughing so hard man 😂😂 “HEY HOW ARE YA! HEY HOW ARE YA! HEY HOW ARE YA! ..lolol Fuck man that was good 😂😆
Next November 20 will be 12 years since his passage to immortality. A brilliant comedian who for so many years made us laugh immeasurably with his hilarious and bizarre adventures. RIP lesley
In spite of this the number of likes is less than 1% of views. The river they crossed was covered by a very thin ice. But Leslie Nielsen can save and carry anything! Nielsen can live in our memory forever, without our authorization for it
The fact that this was the same director as Airplane and The Naked Gun explains a lot why this feels more like Frank Drebin visiting the White House than the Wayans Brothers.
that first guy with robot voice thingy broke me "It's Happening! I knew it! you'll never take me alive!" smacks him I was wheezing for minutes, I had to find that clip
