This is the exact set up I was looking for, not to loud but a little louder than stock, and same tone, thanks , I’ve heard many and this sounds the best to me and it’s exactly what I’m looking for.
Got the exact same set up. Not too loud and raspy to where it sounds cheap and obnoxious, but still opens her up nicely while maintaining the muscle signature sound. This is the sweet spot.
584 miles that's pretty impressive given you've had it a couple of months. Mine already has 280 after a week :( and i only drove it a couple of days around town
only thing this car needs is some TrackHawk bolt on Quad tips to set it off! I got a set on my car and love them. Hope to do just a straight mid muffler delete on my car this next season.
Did you remove the resonators yet? I have a 2019 Scat Challenger, did the 1794's in place of the mid mufflers, then added the MFER1 active exhaust delete kit.... sounds pretty nice.. debating on removing the resonators now..
thx . your vid made me want to do this on my charger. Got the setup but now running into a welding issue with local shops. I'm being told I need to find a tig welder to do the welding on the 304 steel where most here are mig welders only able to touch alloys like 409 metals. Maybe you or one of your viewers has a suggestion? thx!
Sounds great! Did the exhaust shop had to do some bending on the stainless steel pipe you provide to lined up with your oem pipes? I have a 22 charger Scatpack widebody, curious if the exhaust system on your challenger is the exact same setup on the charger? From my understanding 99% exhaust shop don’t have the machine to bend stainless steel.
I checked them all out. I went vibrant simply because it has a deep throaty sound through the entire rpm range and doesn’t get raspy or tinny like a lot of the others
Hey man thinking of getting 1794s for my Scat Pack and would also want to spray the welds with high heat paint. Do you happen to remember the kind you used and how many coats you put on? Any advice for the whole "painting" process would really help :)
I’m definitely doing the vibranta this spring or summer. But my 21 TA 392 widebodys stock exhaust seems a lot louder then his stock. Maybe it’s the video??
What is it like on Eco mode does it sound just like stock ? or just a bit louder. Since it has the active exhaust from factory you can change the loudness with the modes, so technically it sounds stock when driving normal but when you pop it in track it means business.
Mine gets considerably louder in sport and track especially. In auto/street the valves close unless you floor it. And in track on up and down shifts it pops and cracks
My question is what would it be like with a mid muffler delete, and replacing the rear resonators with the Vibrant 1794’s? So no mid mufflers, and 1794’s in the back
I have a 21 rt scat pack challenger, would this fit be any different on my mid muffler? Just wondering before I pull the trigger on these bad boys. Mines an automatic btw
Just curious what you paid for this install I called one of the local custom muffler places locally that are well-known it’s a custom shop and they wanted 450 that sounded like way too much
I didn’t want to have to put the car in sport mode every time I stared it just to avoid the skip shift eliminator. For 15 bucks and being it was on a lift anyway I never have to deal with it anymore 👍🏻
@pfmustang I force my engine into track mode with my tazer so i dont have to do anything. I don't like hitting the button every time either. Same with traction control. I never drive with it on so I wish you didn't have to hold the button for a year to disable it lol.
damn this sounds better than the borla exhaust videos ive seen, how loud is it outside the car in person? i dont want the neighbors to hate me and i dont want drone in the car. this is the sound i want to get though
The drone isn’t bad and it’s not very loud inside the car. I recently deleted the rear resonators as well which did add some more drone but made it louder too. If I were you then I would just stick with the vibrant mids and keep your stock rear resonators and you’ll like it
Just got my scat bout 9 months ago so I go to a muffler spot but the owner told me no and get more mileage first I’m still under warranty so I guess he was trying to put me on game. What should I do
Swapping the mid mufflers only voids that part of your warranty, not the entire car like a lot of people think. Thousands of people have done it so far and proved it reliable so if you want it do it.
@@pfmustang you car does look very nice. I'm debating on what to do with my exhaust. Right now it's stock. I'm either getting a mid muffler delete, or going with the carven catback system. Stock still does sound good. I just would like to go a tad bit louder.
