There's a guy that runs consistent 11s on the 1/4 mile with a v6 charger, I have a 2014 v6 and a 22 rt daytona, currently my v6 is quicker than the rt though 😉 I'm slowly building it and with current plans it should be about as fast or faster than a scat depending on what else I decide to do past my current for sure plans
Oh also you can't turbo them unless you modify the block, there's a few supercharger options though, kinda sucks because the exhaust manifold is cast into the block, so no long tube headers without lots of modification haha and it's more work than it's worth sadly
6-1 headers to a single Amazon or eBay gt45 turbo with E and a 9000rpm redline is all you need and yea it can rev that high the v6 has a super short stroke a big bore with vvl
LOL you ain't revving to no 9k rpm stop bore and stroke is only one facet of like a dozen things you need to rev that high and the Pentastar valvetrain will float like a mofo

@@miguelguzman1863 oh yeah millions of way to break shit if you leave everything stock... good ideal upgrades would be a new intercooler, new gears for the transmission (not a whole new one), a carbon drive shaft, and big wheels and a big break mod (spotted and riveted) and a basic bolt on kit if it wasn't already done

Third gear from the scat is where it eats the rt , I’m guessing he dropped a gear to catch you, then put it in auto and got out of it. Seems normal. But scars are scars rts and v6 is just what they are. I like them all in different settings.
Don’t feel bad when I’m in my wife’s mopar 11 charger these clown scat pack owners/mustangs always wanna race but when I bring my 454 stroker scat pack out making 600hp or my 930 hp hellcat all of sudden they are quiet.
all the sport cars/muscle cars I encounter are all driving like grandpas and here I am in my v6 Challenger blowing past them all. Why buy those cars and drive so stupidly slow ughhhh frustrating
I'm guilty of this I get made fun of at work for it also🤣 all fun and games though. I'm not about the speed life I just liked the look of the challenger I bought it just happen to be a Hellcat I never really looked into the difference I've just wanted a challenger since I got out of school quite a few years back. This year I went into a dodge dealership looking at trucks for my brother in law and when we went inside to ask about one on the show room floor i was awe struck by an f8 green hellcat and knew I was going to be back for it lol.
This is hard to watch…. two car guys out of touch with reality. One who picks on base V6’s with a nearly 500 Hp v8 wasting his gas and creating wear and tear for no reason, and a cocky v6 owner who somehow thinks his car matches up to a higher trim version with a bigger engine. Jeehzus.

@@austinmiller8066 honda with a laptop usually means that honda is fucking fast, as they use the laptop to tune the car's performance on the go, it also means they did a lot to their engine and car in general
More like extra 10 k for the same exact car with more horsepower. U can't even grip the road just a complete waste of power unless you put ANOTHER 5k in tire and rim set up. As a charger guy if I was honest I would tell anyone to get a GT over a scar pack
