Is the outcome of scenario planning a set of tactics or a set of strategies? I think it's a set of tactics, but it'd be great to hear Dr Chermack's opinion. Thanks
I think that it could help people if you would explain that you are suggesting a deductive combination of the '4-Archetypes' method and the '2x2 Matrix' one, leaning towards an always-four scenarios model, based on narratives rather than inductive, on drivers and predictands (the Shell Method). Have you asked yourself "What would Pierre Wack say about my presentation?" ... a person that you should probably be very familiar with?
