Those call outs depend on what kind of approach is being performed. The 50, 40, 30, etc... call-outs are for CAT III equipped aircraft. Otherwise you will only receive the "100" call-out.
Hi Hristo FD stands for 'Flight Director'. This puts flight information, such as a heading or pitch requirements, onto the PFD 'primary flight display' display for the pilot to follow - this is displayed either by a set of split bars, horizontal and vertical or a combined arrow like symbol. What year is this video from? Is this the Irish airline Jet Magic which ceased trading in 2004, or the charter company Jet Magic from Malta? I see it was published 2013 but it could have been made much earlier.
