it has a lot of quality issues stemming from the extruder and/or motion system. It looks like one of those printers that sells looks instead of performance
Those are not slicing issues but defects caused by the extruder or motion system. It feels like this is just another awful Ender3 clones, it doesn't matter that they hid the wires.
I did not try to reprint the head vase thing, but I did re-print the red devil and the Bhuda, they had the same/similar-looking issue. I changed the printing direction to "always clockwise" in the slicer and the issue was gone.
