Greetings from Denmark ( Europe ) I have 10 pcs of septer 20 liters and 2 pcs 10 liter water cans, and I would recommend them 100%, they are made in really super quality, they are really quality and worth the price 100%. I also have and use 20 liter septer NATO military fuel jerrycans, I would also recommend them, they are absolutely the best plastic jerrycans on the world market, and not expensive if you look at the quality you get for your money. If you need a fuel 5 gallon jerrycan made of steel, Valpro / Wavian, which I have 33 pc, are the absolute only ones that work and clearly the only ones you should go for, forget all other cheaper alternatives, you will only be disappointed, and leave with a feeling that you have thrown your money away And buy them flexible spout made of metal from Valpro / Wavian it is fantastic and durable.

Thanks a ton for these reviews. I was real close to getting some LCI cans because they're cheaper and I thought they were the same product. All the little details make a difference so I'm willing to shell out the extra cash for the scepters.

Thank you. I accidentally came across your videos comparing LCI and Scepter. I was about to pull the trigger on LCI as they are available for $30 online. My local Tractor Supply co has the Scepter for $43. I was thinking they are essentially the same. Now going with Scepter.

We may be out of luck obtaining these great water cans here in the PH. We did score one very nice Japanese manufactured dispenser container from Beautiful Bride's younger brother after his regular auction buying. It is only 2 1/2 gallons but a good size for emergency water treatment and filtration. We have little choice but to use the cans drinking water is delivered in. They are not the strongest but they are cheap. There have been a few times when the ride here on the delivery vehicle pounded the plastic cans so badly that the seam began to leak. The water delivery company does replace all defective containers for us. These are not something I would want to depend on away from home but it is what it is.

That's bad Jack. I was kind of hoping that these might be available out your way. They are very excellent high quality. But like anything else you do what you got to do with what you got you make it work. I'm always interested in hearing how things are and you're part of the world. Maybe someday I might travel and see that part of the world. But the way the economy and everything else is I doubt I will. You have a great holiday season brother.

@@charlesartificer2158 In the city, there is a "surplus" area in part of a wet market. From what I have seen, most of the goods are reproduction copies, and in no way genuine surplus items. It will be fun to go and explore these shops to learn if there are any good deals to be had. I can tell you from eleven years in-country, I am happy to be where I am. Much as I loved the northern woods and especially maple syrup season in the spring, my move was a great choice for many reasons. Economics is a big consideration for retirement. The yearly real estate tax bill on my hobby farm was more than many folks earn here on a yearly basis. We pay a premium for imported (especially US-made) goods as there is no trade agreement with the US. Real estate taxes here are so small, it is almost non-existent. God gave me a second chance at happiness after the loss of my first wonderful Bride many years ago. Part of my time is used to assist Beautiful Bride in building her business, which will take care of her, the three children she brought to our marriage, and our new three-year-old family addition long after I "expire worthless" as we say in the options trading arena. . Many guys come here with big hopes and dreams only to fail because they pick the first cute girl they talk to as a mate. A lot of old geezers (dang, I am old) make babies for higher Social In-Security payments. That is the wrong way to do things and certainly NOT fair to US taxpayers. When you do find Miss Right, you can create a wonderful life here. There are opportunities here not available or unaffordable to middle-class guys like me in the US. The Philippines is a country where you can actually live on an average SS check. If you have a little more, you are SET! If the cook is good, Filipino food is wonderful. We are able to dine out as often as we wish and at nice places, not at questionable roadside stands. I can honestly say my standard of living has gone up many notches in the past decade. My Beautiful Bride is well educated with four college degrees. She is a help to me in every way and by no means is she an expense on my budget. My wife works her online career as an academic writer (over two decades and counting) and now uses the home classroom we built during the pandemic to offer tutoring services to other families in our subdivision. Maria has been offered teaching positions in several ASEAN countries over the years. That is an option we may take advantage of so our young troops can experience other cultures. Taking the gang to a place where they can see and try winter activities in the snow for the first time is on the bucket list. Why not get paid to do it?

@@NewHampshireJack sounds like a plan. Although I've had a few people up here from the deep south to experience the cold North as they call it. If you're going to do that to your bride and kids best get them some really heavy jackets. I never seen people so miserable in my whole life is the ones that came up here there used to like 80 90° temperatures. And it was 11° outside when they showed up. They couldn't believe how cold it was. Should have seen the look on their face when I told him this is nothing wait till we get in the negatives.

@@charlesartificer2158 I got a 5 gallon from Army Navy Outdoors. LOL the other size is 2.5 gallon, not liters. I don't want an Amazon account, so didn't use them. Anyway, the product performs as expected, but has only one handle.
