Your video is so informative Kritika ❤️ Even I got Schengen visa three times and my bank balances are stated below:- For Italy (2019) I had 1L (8 days), Swiss (2020) 93,000/ (9 days), France (2022) 1.2L (9 days). I try to keep 10,000 per day per head basis and that works. (All documentation I do by myself)
Where do you have to show 1 lakh or more? In your savings account? I mean daily account that we use? I am living in Belgium past many years...thus I dont need any visas . But in case if I have to invite my brother to visit, would like to know about it. Thanks

@@SanskaarANDSaini yes, I paid 28000 round (Delhi to Milan) before COVID. You can use credit card to book your flight tickets. Few suggestions:- 1) avoid applying France until you are married 2) book full refunable tickets 3) show itinerary in one country only (after visa you can change) 4) show a tight bond with India in covering letter itself like property documents or good job or marriage certificate etc.
While filling the application form the credit card and other columns remained to be ticked erroneously. At the time of submission can I submit the same document @ VFS?

I am actually contemplating about a change of destination since a lot of articles over the internet boasts lately about the non availabilty of appointment dates specifically for the Schengen short stay Visa , post the 1st of July until furthur notice as quite a lot of applications (20,000 to be precise) are pouring in each day at the embassy which is making it quite tedious for them to process.Also there is an uncertainty in procuring the visa before your estimated date of departure since as we are running the risk of losing money over confirmed flight and hotel bookings for the visa.
I travelled by car, with Belgian friends ( I am Indian living in Belgium) through Slovenia to Croatia few years back. Only at Slovenia, Austria border they checked my passport.

Hello Kritika. Thanks for the informative video. Is there any country which a better visa approval rate (less strict) with minimal documentation ? I had 3 schengen visas in the past yet this year got my first rejection from Netherlands. I think i know the reason ( showed long duration travel insurance) however Im planning to wait until next year and apply to some other destination.
Never apply trough NL, go through France or Spain. Fortunately I don’t need visa but when I was processing for few of my close friends who are happen to be from India they find it easier and quicker. Plus India enjoys very warm relationship with France and hence chances of rejection are very less and bonus point you might get 3 Months plus multiple entry through France

Hi Kritika, I was planning to apply to German tourist/ Schengen visa. I have the offer to attend a Coding boot camp in Berlin that starts on October 9. The confirmation from boot camp came today. So I logged into VFS to book my appointment - selected Chennai Visa Application center, appointment category as Schengen - but the first available slot is October 25, 2022. What should I do now? Can I enter Germany through some other Schengen country? Please let me know what I can do, this boot camp is really important for my career. Apologies for springing this up on you like this but I really have no one who could guide me here.

No logic on duration? Seriously! Just give them your full itinerary and don't cut short. I travelled for 90 days and furnished full itinerary for 90 days. Got visa for 6 months.. every time I do this..

Hi. I can't provide document from work with period of stay from employer. Only my bank account for 6 month which shows salary also, doc of owning a property in my country.
