Schick Quattro Titanium | an average guy's review

Nice video. Thanks for the review. I use DEs most of the time, but also have a Mach 3 and a Quattro for when I need to shave quickly. What I’ve found over the years is that the regular Quattro blades feel a LOT better than the Titanium ones, but they’re just about online-purchase only, which is a shame.

The Quattro was a great razor!!! I just noticed they are back on the shelf in my Local Walgreens..... I guess I need to pick one up again.

I finally bought my Schick Quattro on eBay it's like yours it's a cartridge Razor I can see why you about it because it gives a smooth skin

I used to use the Schick Quattro all the time until it became harder to find. It was a great razor. The only two negatives were that the rubber on the handle would quickly deteriorate, and it also clogged up very fast. To unclog it, I'd use the high pressure setting on the shower head and blast it. I now use this method to unclog most of my razors.

Got Schick razors for Christmas from uncle and it's the best razors I've had so far don't even use shaving cream comes clean off with water

Shick Quattro Titanium and Edge gel orange cap gives me the absolute best shave I have ever gotten. And for some reason the generic brand of Edge doesnt lather up nearly as well so I prefer to use the name brand.

I switched from Gillette to one of these, and I think they are fantastic. I wish Gillette would just shut up and sell razors. You should consider an updated review of the Quattro. Love the channel. Keep up the good work!

Picked this up brand new 2 weeks ago but every time I use it I end up with at least 1-2 small cuts. Not trying to hate but I’m desperate to find something that can work with me.

Just caught you for the first time when looking at the Schick Titanium. Like your review, you do get long winded some times and the fast forward through your shaving was appreciated. So, more time than necessary for review. You didn't really say whether your really liked the product or not. Not excited about the hair in razor, I have a gillette that does the same thing. Not buying Gillettes anymore, don't care for their gender stance. So, I'll be buying the Schick as it seems to have given you a smooth, clean shave. I shave everyother day, so I dont' see that the hair clogging will be an issue. Thanks for the review. I'll be looking for your other reviews.

Can anyone confirm whether the Hydro 5 Sensitive blades fit on the Quattro Titanium razor?

Quattro Titanium razor i also had issues would shaving the upper lip area the razor kept clogging up like The Man elaborates on the video it does clog alot which can be very irritating when shaving but it does give you a good shave i rate it 3/3 because there is issue would the this blade could be a issue would the manufacturer company in not making there product work well.

Could be the shave gel clogging things up. Did you try it with a different shave gel/cream/foam?

Just...5 days of growth is too much for the Quattro...I would know.. for I have gone through it...with 3 days of growth....wasn'tr pretty...2 days max.... It's those Wire Guards(to keep you from cutting yourself if you side swipe) that cause the clogging that much more..It's a blade made for shaving once a day.........JUST USE NEVIA DAMNBLIT!!! :P

I have Schick Quattro Titanium 4 and it's hard to clean, the hair easily got trapped inside the plastic housing for the blades. That sucks. I stil prefer my old Gillete mach 3 I can just clean it zero hair using my old toothbrush.

I'll stick with my Edwin Jagger DE 89.... 3,4,5 blades are way too many...

You can not clean those razers out . I hate them . They are so dirty . I use a safety razer .

Shick titanium is terrible, and causes more drag on the skin vs. Gillete pro glide. You get what you pay for. In the end the money spent on blade razors vs. a Norelco 9400 $134 the smart decision will be to go electric. Preventing future scarring of the skin, damage, and rashes.

It's a pretty shitty razor. I had this one hair on my balls that it just wouldn't get.

These are the worst blades I've ever used! They don't have a good cut, and they get drunk very easily, unless you shave every day, which is not my case!

Don't use lube man you are decreasing the blade's life.. a waste of money. believe me it works better without it

Let the truth be told: that Schick Quattro was the WORST thing I have ever used to date! The blades are using a wire to hold the blades in place and IRRITATED my face. I had used it on and off for 2 or more years and when I got rid of it: good riddance! If anyone gave me that for a b-day or Christmas gift I would have real bad memories of what I just mentioned. Anything BUT that!!! Never again!
