There are persons who experience the symptoms mentioned by the doctor who are actually bullied by the peers/colleagues by indirectly mentioning their private/secret indulgences and forcing the person to commit suicide. It may be because he knew secrets of his superior/rich persons in their neighborhood and he might become a threat in future for their vested interests. I request the doctor to ask the background history of their patients and treat accordingly.

என் மகனுக்கு 24வயது ஆகிறது கடந்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளாக மனச்சிதைவு இருக்கு நாங்களும் நான்கு வருடமாக தொடர்ந்து மன நல Dr பார்த்து மாத்திரை எடுத்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறான் குணமாகி வந்தான் இருப்பினும் கடந்த ஆண்டு முதல் தனக்கு தானே வேற ஒருவரிடம் பேசி கொன்டு சிரித்து இருந்தான் மீண்டும் மனநலம் சரியில்லாமல் போகவே வேற ஒரு Dr பார்த்தோம் அவர் பல டெஸ்ட்டுகள் MRI எடுத்ததில் எல்லாமே Normal ஆனால் மூளைக்கு EEC டெஸ் ட் எடுத்ததில் வலிப்பு தாக்கங்கள் இருக்கு என்று Encorat Chorono 500 mg காலை இரவு மற்றும் மன சம்பட்டதுக்கும் மாத்திரை எடுக்கிறான் ETC ஊசி ஒரே வாரத்தில் ஒரு நாள் விட்டு ஒரு நாள் நான்கு தடவை ட்ரீட்மென்ட் எடுத்தும் இப்பவும் தொடர்ந்து தனுக்குள்ளே தொடந்து வாய் விட்டு பேசிக்கிட்டே இருக்கிறான் . சாப்பிடுகிறான் இரவு நல்ல தூங்கிறான் பகலில் படுத்தே இருக்கிறான் . இதற்கு நல்ல தீர்வு சொல்லுங்கள் அம்மா

Hello sir, There are different types of schizophrenia and each have different response with medications.. Few types respond very well with medications.. Few types don’t have good outcomes.. If your sister is not responding with medications a trial of Electroconvulsive therapy can be tried or change of medications can be tried after assessing her condition.. Dear mam, Most of the tablets prescribed by psychiatrists are given according to safe dosage and standard protocol..There can be only few exceptions where some medications are not indicated if you have a kidney disease.. And without knowing the drug name it’s difficult to comment on it’s effect..

Dear mam, Sleep disturbances are few residual symptoms of schizophrenia which requires adequate treatment.. if medications cause excess sedation, either dosage can be reduced after consulting with your psychiatrist by assessing her current condition or medications with least sedation effect can be tried.. Vanakkam mam. My daughter is in treatment. But the doctor said that it is not mental illness. But mental fear. She is in treatment almost ten yrs. Now she is alright. She stopped the medicine last month. But after one month she is suffered by womiting sense, not interested in food, shivering mam. I think she is addicted to those medicines. How to get rid mam. Dear sir / mam, I understand your concerns.. but there are few history and detailed assessment needed to find the exact cause of symptoms you described.. And medications shouldn’t be stopped abruptly… A very slow tapering would prevent discontinuation symptoms.. Please have a guidance with your psychiatrist while tapering medications..
