Thanks for your comment! But this type of machine is defenitly not called Injecta. It is a 1-speed motor with additional leveling motor. I know there is another video on youtube, by Thomas Roth, with a similar type of machine, and there is the word "Injecta" used, bit that's the name of the company where the lift was installed :-)
It an interesting geared traction machine with belts driving the driven sheave in lieu of a gearbox and crown wheel or a gear-less drive. The operation is similar to the Otis "micro drive" tail twister expect the main traction machine rear shaft is bolted to the smaller leveling field motor shaft. Main traction field cuts out, as the leveling field cuts in then brakes engage. Reversing phase relays and magnetic motor starters on the controller panel, for both motors. Motors are probably 440-480 VAC.
