I love this home sooooooo much. So much that I asked Elfie if she had plans to port it to XBox. Sadly, she has no such plans at this time. But rest assured, when I get my gaming pc this is going to be the very first mod I ask for permission to port. We won't be able to have the General Stores aspect, but that would be a small sacrifice I'd be more than willing to make. Stunning, stunning home!

Well in real estate they say location, location, location and wow does this one ever deliver on that. Come for the epic views, stay for the epic amenities. A download for sure in my world. Obviously, a lot of thought was put into where special items can be placed - imagine what it will look like once you fill all those special places! With gorgeous work like this, I think Elfiemyrtle3 is well on their way to getting their own playlist.
Hi Feb!! What a nice, no load door home. It is so spacious and comfortable feeling. It's so airy, and the views are wonderful. Even with the curtains closed, which are beautiful btw, it still feels like there's room to breathe. I am slightly sad that there's only room for one scholar at a time. Other than that, I think it's very lovely. Lots of love hun! Have a great weekend!
Actually, I've put a lot of idles into that home, now that it supports followers. They will read or study (vacantly stare at a bookshelf) all over the library.

@@leneecasteel2005 no, Febrith could not know about them, you have to let your followers rest/wait/relax for them to start using the idles. :) I originally had a room for four followers (where now the workstation and unigue items are) but due to the navmesh problem I deleted that and turned it into display room instead; then when I navmeshed it there was literally no space left for a follower room, apart from a secret wall space, so now it's only one follower bed. But you can still put down bedrolls or tents around the deck for them, I suppose. Have a great weekend yourself :)
Such a gorgeous home. But, according to the mod page, you missed the Follower Room (designed for Lucien, but any follower could use it). This is going into my load order immediately. Loved your video Feb!
@@FebrithDarkstar I believe you may have the pre-latest version installed? Lucien's door is right next to the bedroom door. I couldn't see it in your video, though.
@@FebrithDarkstar I'll go in and have a look. I have to go to Ivarstead in my latest playthrough (and visit the Greybeards at some stage!) Edit: Yes, @AerisShenlin is correct. It is a very tiny room located next door to the player bedroom. I found some missing textures for the roof and wall in mine (probably a mod conflict), but that Staff Enchanter is simply gorgeous!
I like this a lot. It seems "real"; a place where people actually live and keep up. One thing I like about homes is if they have space. It's like you can breathe in this home. There's actual uncluttered space yet it's not empty by any means. The only thing missing (for me) is space for at least 4 followers.
Thank you for the feature, Febrith! I'm glad you enjoy this home. Why you have duplicate items is beyond me (robes/box on enchanting table). I'd like to say about the "port to XBOX" questions: 1) I don't know how this is done (only started modding this year) and 2) I don't know if the home wouldn't lose much of its uniqueness (especially textures) I heard Gen Stores can't be ported, so if Gen Stores plus the textures are all gone then the house would be just sad.
Thankfully XBox can have custom assets (PlayStation can't), so we would be able to keep the gorgeous aesthetic. I believe the General Stores dependency is the only thing we would have to take out because I *think* that mod has SKSE scripts (I could be wrong on that, though). There's no way I'd even consider porting it if we couldn't keep it as beautiful as you've designed it to be 😊
Quite impressive for a scholar's home. The department of Education in Skyrim seems to be quite generous with their student finance policies. I wonder if there's a clutter mod that leaves loads of empty Jack Daniel's and supermarket cola bottles all over the place?? (and maybe a 3 month old Domino's pizza box on the floor under the bed) 🤔
This one is really nice and in a place where a home is needed. one thing i know a mod that make the timberwork look brand new and light colour like fresh cut and that makes a huge difference on the house, but sadly i can't get in my se after installed Windows 10. It just sit and load and exit. well if i can get it up and running again i shall try to figure out what mod it is or if it's just an modders assets thing.

Our grandkids sent us awesome pictures of some from Kentucky and Oklahoma 🌈…where we live , the sky is obscured by the mountains 🫤
@@FebrithDarkstar so sorry,,,we are in Colorado, but only the eastern part of the state was able to see them , and it’s kind of rare that the lights are seen this far south,,,makes me think the magnetic poles are shifting,,,normally only Alaska and northern Canada are able to see them…crazy!
@@FebrithDarkstar Of course, I craft clothes with them, and in reverse, if I need Linen Wraps, I just use the Tanning Rack, tearing up clothes into Linen Wraps. 🫡🫡
