Taking some time atleast once a week to just sit, relax and let your mind wander with no distractions does wonders for the mind. I go into the sauna atleast once a week to relax and let my mind run through things of the past week and of the future week, or just think about something completely random and stupid while being super relaxed and chilling with nothing to distract or disturb me. Doing this kind of "mediatation" really helps me personally process any mental baggage i may have.

yu song I just finally downloaded mahjong soul to play mahjong for the first time. I have to say I watched your how to play guide and it was really good! I now actually understand what you mean when you say tanyao, pinfu, and sanshoku when previously I only knew to make triples and sequences and would pog when you said the hand was good lol.
