School of Rock AllStar Students perform "Middle of the Road" by The Pretenders 

Eleanor has stepped straight out of 1970. The dance moves, the dress style, the overall look. Groovy, baby!

Reminder everyone - these young performers are students learning to perform within The School of Rock METHOD. These "All Star" groups are assembled by School of Rock to showcase the School of Rock product which are these young musicians that can play and perform whatever is put before them. They are being trained to be professional musicians that can perform whatever is put before them. Think of them as journeyman level professionals. They have been trained not only to play the compositions, but also to perform the pieces as members of a live Rock band. Their performance is not only musicianship but also acting a role. These young people are already able to perform at the level of professional studio musicians, but also deliver the role associated with these classic performances. School of Rock is the MIT or Cal Tech of Rock and Roll musicianship. Hats off to them. These students are not just gifted, but are educated and trained professionals.

Good song for Elysha to shine and Eleanor is back there dancing like nobody's watching.

Great overall performance, but especially Elysha's vocals with the Chrissy Hynde-style attitude. Excellent!!

Wow that lead guitarist is awesome, its obvious he has a lot of confidence.

This nearly 40 year old song is now garnering new fans thanks to these talented kids. I hope Chrissie Hynde has seen this video. An excellent cover not too different from the original.

What a fine crew = the lead singer has a wonderful husky voice, the lefty guitarist has all the licks and the drummer miisses no beats. These studio performancces are just beautiful.

I’m always impressed by these young musicians. The studio recordings let you witness just how good they are. The live recordings with the noise and bad acoustics, not so much.

It's all in the headphones! :p The drummer & bass is using Sony MDR-7506, a very revealing headphone often used in mixing, production, & radio stations. Don't recognize the other 'cans, but the safe bet is they are all highly revealing. Note all the drummer's microphones. No place to hide!
